Marilyn's title of her agency caught my attention as I needed to begin working on a Europe trip for my daughter. She was VERY knowledgeable about Europe, traveling, and informative. We have never traveled to Europe so this was great having her help us with the plans, insurance, etc. She is very good at responding in a timely manner, follow-up, and also researching if she doesn't know all the details. She will find them for you! She took the time to meet with my daughter and call her prior to her trip. I felt that she made sure to prepare us for my daughter's trip. Marilyn was amazing to work with, when I first called her with the idea of traveling to England she simply said "You got it". I never imagined that on my budget I'd be able to take my son to Ireland too. She made sure that I stayed within my budget but still had the best rated hotels and got the most of out my visit.
