After working with another agent who was not meeting our families needs I contacted AnnMarie and she was able to help us make a plan where we could do everyones must do's and then some. With 13 people traveling I know we were not easy to work with but she always made us all feel like we could call her anytime and we were never a problem or bother. Her service was outstanding and then to top it off when a promotion came out she automatically added it to our reservation and saved our family a great deal of money. 30% off the 3 Polynesian rooms was a huge savings and we couldn't have done it without AnnMarie!
