Growing up, I never had the opportunity to travel, and it always seemed like the type of adventure that I would love. By the time I reached adulthood, I knew that I wanted to make travel an important part of my life, which is why I pursued a degree in travel and tourism. My first trip to Disney World was in my 20s, and my husband and I spent the first part of our marriage traveling the globe while I worked in the hospitality industry.
I love every aspect of traveling — from the first inspirations for a new destination that lead to the planning process to the memories that are made while you are away on vacation. For me, it was an easy choice to become a full-time travel professional and open up my own home-based agency.

- All-inclusive resort vacations — Whether I am working with a young couple looking for leisure and romance, or a family hoping to spend some blissful moments in the sun together, I can help plan the perfect all-inclusive resort vacation for them. After discussing my clients desires and interests, I help match them with a resort that will best fit their needs. I am a certified AmResorts specialist and have visited many of their properties myself.
- Cruises — My goal is to enjoy one cruise vacation every year, and my family and I have traveled on most of the major cruise lines. I can provide my clients with expert recommendations for the best ships, the most exciting excursions and the most alluring destinations.
Recently, I became a certified Australia specialist and had the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind itinerary for a couple that will be enjoying their dream trip to the Land Down Under in the spring of 2016. My excitement for planning my clients' trips is contagious, and I particularly love when I am presented with the challenge of creating an itinerary for a new, exotic destination.

Nicole is so great to work with. She has booked 3 vacations for me. So is always available and extremely easy to work with. She gives her thoughts on what may be the best option but also takes your needs/wants as priority. If she doesn't have information regarding a trip or resort, she definitely will research it to get the best information back so you can make an informed decision. All the trips I have taken went very smoothly and was everything we hoped for and also at the best price. Have used Nicole's expertise twice in the last 2 years. She was extremely knowledgeable about every little detail of our travel. She arranged our flights, hotels, and transfers to/from airports. Considering we went out of the country on both trips, she was only a text away. Nicole promised and delivered terrific personalized service, and we always felt we were in good hands. We will definitely use Nicole next time we are in need of a great travel agent.

I have used Nicole twice in the past year planning a couples get away with my husband and our friends. Everyone in our group took advantage of Nicole's services as well. She was just a text or a phone call away and always available to answer any questions which was very helpful while traveling overseas. She is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Nicole goes out of her way to make sure every last detail is covered to ensure a relaxing vacation. Aside from her personal travel experience and helpful recommendations while planning I found it extremely comforting to know that if any travel related issues were to arise, Nicole would know what to do. My family has been working with Nicole I think from beginning, She is the best traveling agent we have ever dealt with, to say Nicole is response is an understatement, she is all over what ever you are looking for and does her research. She has great recommendations and makes sure we are taking the right vacation. What I love the most is she is my travel advocate. She does what ever it takes to get us there and once we are there she makes sure we are all set and prepared to have a good time or a relaxing time. She is the best and strive to always do the best. Nicole has planned all of our vacations for the last 3 years and it is always a pleasure to work with her. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best vacation. We have used her for cruises and all inclusive resorts. She gets to know you and makes recommendations based on your interests. When we travel there is usually 6 of us and everything always goes smoothly. She is knowledgeable in documentation for international travel. I can't imagine planning a vacation without her. She is the best!!

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole to plan a trip for my 20 yr old daughter. Nicole understood how nervous I was with my daughter traveling for the first time to Mexico. Nicole gave us so many helpful tips regarding safety and best places for her to stay. She checked flights for days to see how she could save her money and get more for her buck. She set up a private shuttle for my daughter to take to and from the airport seeing how she is a first time traveler.
I highly recommend Nicole, she was always right there every time I messaged her with another question. I now feel comfortable with my daughter traveling out of the country. THANK YOU Nicole.

Nicole is very professional, helpful and attentive. She helped us during a stressful flight delay when leaving for Disney World with a 6 yr. old. She made sure we were taken care of and stayed on the phone with me till we boarded the plane. She helped on another trip with friends who had to cancel due to illness. They were very grateful. I have recommended Nicole and will continue to do so. We are cruising in January of 2016 and she has helped us with our plans.
