Being a wife and mom, I know how overwhelming it can be to plan a vacation. I specialize in family travel with a focus on Disney! I took my first trip to Disney World for my 4th birthday, and have been countless times since then. Because I have taken my son to Disney in all stages of his life, I can tell you where the baby stations are located in the parks, the best things to do with your toddler, how exciting it is when they are tall enough to ride Space Mountain, or what attractions your teenager will enjoy!
While I do have a lot of Disney experience, I have traveled to other parts of the United States... Colorado, New York, the Carolinas, the beaches of Florida are a few of my favorites. And I have been able to use my passport in Ireland, Canada, Turks & Caicos, the Bahamas, Jamaica, Greneda, and Mexico.

Kate is magic. I have worked with Kate twice now to book two unforgettable vacations to the Riviera Maya area. She truly has taken the stress out of arranging travel for multiple groups. Especially when your group has limited date options and budgets. Kate also makes sure to coordinate departures from various cities, so we all arrive approximately the same time.Kate is so nice, helpful, and responsive. She prepares you as much as possible before departure with paperwork, and everything you could need (which is exactly what you need when traveling with a 9 month old!).
First trip got us a great family-friendly resort, second trip got us the perfect resort with an amazing pool and spa.
We know who we're calling next time we need to plan a vacation!

Kate Owen is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were trying to plan our honeymoon on our own and were struggling. We contacted Kate and she helped us every step of the way. All we had to do was tell her what we wanted and she made everything happen! Kate has great communication skills and was there to answer every question we had. We also gave her a budget and every option she showed us was in that budget. Kate was very honest with us in talking about different locations and what would fit for us with what we were wanting to spend. When Kate shared the options with us, she also gave us quick insight into what the resort had to offer. That was great and helped us narrow in our decision quickly. I would personally recommend Kate Owen to anyone. She is great, knows what is she talking about, and truly has the best interest of her clients at all times! We reached out to Kate in early 2019 to have her plan our honeymoon! It was so easy to tell her where we wanted to go and sit back and relax while she did the hard part of planning everything! We were set to leave for Tampa on 09/01/2019 well on 08/30/2019 hurricane Dorian had other plans for our honeymoon! I reached out to Kate and she started getting to work on CHANGING our WHOLE trip for us while we decorated for our wedding! I can not even imagine how stressed I would have been having to replan everything for our honeymoon AND get married! Kate was seriously a life saver and we can't wait to have her plan more trips for us! MAKE SURE YOU GET THE INSURANCE! At first my husband and I were like, no we dont need it but it truly saved us when we were down to the wire!

Kate was fantastic to work with! She took care of our flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and activities; everything went smoothly and turned out wonderfully. I ask a lot of questions and Kate answered each and every one in a timely manner, made changes and updates when needed, and made sure I understood everything that we would need for our trip. Even when I had a couple questions while on vacation, Kate responded quickly and put us as ease. I truly appreciated her time, patience, and excellent service in helping my family plan our trip. All the documents we received before we left were very helpful in keeping us organized while we were enjoying our trip. All the information was laid out nicely so that we knew where we needed to be and when. She even gave us suggestions on food to try, places to visit, and more. Kate took the stress out of us trying to book a hotel, to figuring out how to get into the Disney Parks. We basically had to show up and have an amazing family vacation. She gave great advice on when to schedule Disney Dining reservations. During the trip we had a question, and she was quick to respond. Kate was awesome to work with-I am not a details person, we chatted about my expectations for the Disney trip, then she put it all together for us! The whole trip was so smooth, she hit it out of the park. Yes you can plan your own trip and do all the research, but using Kate saved me so much time and mental energy! She knows her Disney stuff!

Kate was so professional and helpful from the beginning. She adjusted her options for us based on our requests and found us the PERFECT place to go for our honeymoon! It was stress free because of the work she put into it and we are so thankful. We were even on the phone with her when we had a flight delay on a Saturday afternoon and she was already talking to the airline just in case we missed our flight. Kate did an amazing job!!
