Outstanding customer service. She was so patient with the whole group. We ch0se one destination and ending up changing the destination mid stream and Stacy was very accommodating. She verified that everything was in line and made sure to mention the trip insurance. Which we had to use on the initial destination.

I was fortunate to receive a substantial gift certificate for travel as a retirement gift. Stacy helped us make the best use of our money and was very patient with us as we tried to coordinate our travel with my sister who was meeting us in Europe for this trip. She made many fabulous suggestions, got us fantastic prices and always went the extra mile.

Planning our vacation was quick and easy. Stacy got back to me right away with any questions that came up during the planning of our trip. Hotel recommendation to us was spot on! The hotel right on the beach was perfect!

This is our second trip Stacy helped us with. We popped in her office without an appointment and she helped us without hesitation! We are so thankful she recommended Club Mobay otherwise we would have been a little lost at the airport. She also got us a list of activities at the resort we were staying at so we could plan our week ahead of time. That was very helpful! She recommended booking a resort in Negril for the beaches and that the time spent on the bus ride to the resort would be worth it. AND IT DEFINITELY WAS

She was very professional and responsive. Only issue was that our frequent flyer information was not used so I had to call Delta to get credit for the trip, thankfully I had saved our boarding passes so the information was easily retrieved. On all of the flights our seats were in the very back of the plane while our friends were much closer to the front, like row 21 versus row 48. I'm assuming this is due to the missing frequent flyer info.

We can't praise Stacy enough for helping us with our European vacation and cruise! Our trip had so many pieces to it since we wanted to include our children and their spouses in the Mediterranean cruise and Madrid but we we left at different times and from different cities, etc. Stacy helped pull it all together and was so patient with all of our wants and needs! Stacy was very helpful in planning our river cruise from Budapest to Prague. She was able to answer all the questions we had since it was our first trip to Europe. She was easy to reach before the trip when ever I had a question and got back right away with the answer. I would book a trip through her again. Very easy to work with.

This is the second trip we have planned through Stacy. The first was Disney World and now the Alaska Cruise with Inland journey, She is so very pleasant and is a joy to work with. From the first meeting throughout the whole trip everything is planned with no issues ever. This has taken all the stress out of planning trips. This trip had many aspects from air travel, cruise, food and beverage packages, hotels and additional lodgings for the inland trips, trains, and so many more things. It all went so incredibly smooth and added to the great experience we had. This was our 40th Anniversary cruise and we could not have been happier with everything. All future trips will always be through Stacy.

Our Greek Isles cruise aboard the Norwegian Gem was fabulous! We enjoyed all the ports and were so surprised by the beauty of Croatia and Montenegro, in addition to the Greek Isles. Stacy was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were a few things that it would have been nice for her to have clarified for us ahead of time, since we were first time travelers. Mainly that we traveled at the end of hurricane season. It worked out, and maybe I should just know that, but it would have been a courteous reminder when we booked because there was a chance the trip could have been rained out.

Otherewise she was great! Friendly, helpful, and got everything taken care of quickly. We will probably work with Bon Voyage again in the future!
