Hello! My name is Kelly Bias and I've been in the travel business for over 13 years. I specialize in family travel and creating Magical Memories.
I grew up going to Walt Disney World annually with my parents beginning way back in Elementary school. That continued through all of High School and beyond. The annual tradition was continued with my own children (5 of them) as young as 9 months old. We've traveled with infants, preschoolers, teens, grandparents, and great grandparents and now my own grandchild.
We've stayed in each Disney Resort as well as camped in tents at Fort Wilderness and hit some of the Club Level rooms at the Beach Club & Polynesian Resorts. I've recently celebrated my 100th trip and am always planning the next.
My love for travel doesn't stop with Disney destinations. I'm a thrill junkie so Universal Orlando and Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio top my list. I can help you plan any type of vacation, from a simple over night hotel stay to an all inclusive getaway, thrill package, or cruise. I am constantly training by taking destination specific courses to actually completing the travel myself.

Kelly Bias was absolutely AMAZING in helping me with everything. I started planning this family trip to Disney 18 months ago. Kelly is just the best. This is our 2nd trip in a row to Disney World . I could not make these trips if I didn’t have Kelly to plan them for me . Once I make contact with her and tell her who is going on the trip , she makes it custom to fit our needs. I never have to do another thing ! It’s all done in order with detailed information explaining what to do when. She’s amazing !

I was so stressed out with all the other planning I needed to do for the wedding I literally relied on her for everything. We had such a great experience that when we decided to take the kids down at the end of the summer I immediately contacted her to make all the arrangements. Second trip went with out a hitch. Kelly was amazing at arranging our first time trip to Disney! With our family of seven, including grandma and 4 kids ages 8months-13 years, she helped arrange every detail for us and found awesome hotel arrangements, food plans and tickets for all the parks including Universal Studios! She helped with everything from park tips, shopping tips, and so much more. She was very friendly and knowledgable and met us at a restaurant to discuss all the details! She even answered her phone while we were there on our vacation to help with some details! A great time was had by everyone in our family and we truly felt comfortable and well taken care of! In the past we have used different travel agents and have been dissatisfied., but since we have found Kelly our family trips have been amazing! Kelly has straight planned our trips for us with basic knowledge about my kids and Everytime we are extremely happy! This was our first time using Kelly, but her name and recommendation came to us from many. We planned a trip to Disney and she has taken care of all of the planning for us! Kelly our trip for a family of 4 down to the last detail. I gave her a list of what we wanted to do and she made it happen. She even contacted me while we on the trip to see if we had any questions and to make sure that everything was going okay for us. She scheduled all of character meals as well as our trip to Bippity Boppity Boutique. Kelly went above and beyond in every aspect of our trip from planning through out stay.

Every year there are new things and she already knows about them and gives me a heads up on what to be prepared for. Plans the perfect trip

We had less than six months to plan our trip. We let Kelly handle most of it. I just gave her an idea of what we wanted and our time line. It was perfect. We didn't have to worry about character dinners, or fast passes, or anything. She had all that worked out for us. We just had to tell her where we wanted to eat, or what characters we would like to see. She is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. If you don't choose her, you are making a mistake. With her planning we were able to ride, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Pirates of the Caribbean, Dinosaur, Everest, Test Track, and Soarin' all in the same day! She takes away the majority of the stress, now if only I could get her to do the packing too! You won't regret working with her.

I didn't know where to begin when planning our family's Disney vacation. Kelly walked me through EVERYTHING! In a matter of minutes I had my profile and account set up. My flight was booked and then she did the rest! I had no idea about where to eat, what rides to hit first, where to stay. And BOOM, just like that she helped me with a resort, dinner reservations, and fast passes. We will be taking our trip in about a month and couldn't be more excited!! Excellent First Trip

This was our first trip to Disney with our 7 yr old girl. We also had another couple go with us with their 7 Yr old son. I think we were all the same age as our kids when we all went last so we knew nothing. We made plans in September to go but something came up and we just didn't follow through even though Kelly did her due diligence to help us. A window opened in late October and we called Kelly with only a short time to spare. She booked everything, we didn't have to worry about anything once we hit Orlando, it was a dream trip for all of us and all we kept saying was there was no way it would have been the same had we not let Kelly work her magic. Airport Shuttles, hotels, meals, fast passes, shows, park hopping, ideas for the time of year.... everything was seamless and my daughter had the trip of a lifetime, already looking into next year.
