Beth is an exceptional Disney agent! She is awesome, having planned many Disney trips for our family the past several years. She is professional and punctual. She's knowledgeable and capable to help make your dreams come true at Disney World, Disneyland or on Disney cruises. Beth has helped me get our long-over-due trip done with tips, tricks, suggestions and plenty of laughs. She has sent me in every direction I needed to go to make sure that the planning of our never-thought-was-gonna-happen trip was successful & stress-free. She is extremely knowledgeable & if she is unsure, she finds the answer for you. She makes sure to cover every base & doesn't miss a bit, while having fun the whole way.

Beth is wonderful and knows Disney! She helped us with everything! We were clueless and she gave us a great trip! We were there for only 2 days for business and she made sure we made the most of it and saw everything we wanted. The Not So Scary Halloween Party was the best and without Beth, we never would have known about it! I was most impressed that when we couldn't find Dole whip, I texted her and she immediately texted back and told us exactly how to get there and when the best time was to go! We will definitely use her again for all things Disney!

Beth has a genuine love for Disney and therefore know the ins and outs of every park and cruise. She waits to book your trip at times when she knows deals are best per the time of year you book. She recommended certain parks on certain days to avoid long waits. She made herself available while we were in Florida when questions popped up! We will always book any Cindy trip we take..with her.

With work piling up, I didn't have time to sit down and go over every detail during business hours. Beth made time for me extremely late at night to discuss my dining and character options. I'll definitely work with her again next time we go.

We have used Beth as our travel agent for two Disney World trips and two Disney Cruises! For Disney World she gave us sheets to help us choose where we wanted to eat. She even got us a last minute reservation during Christmas week that we had been trying for. Beth made sure that for our cruises we knew to purchase the picture CD ahead of time to save money and even told us how to use the carpet in the hall to tell which way we were walking so we wouldn't get lost. Best of all she listened to our wants and helped us plan the perfect trips. She took the time to listen to all of my questions and things I was concerned about and answered every single one.
Beth thinks of EVERYTHING! Our vacations wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable without all of her knowledge.

Beth is amazing!! For our first trip to Disney I , of course, wanted everything to be perfect. I had so many questions and did not have a clue where to start. A friend of mine recommended Beth and I am so thankful she did. She found the perfect resort for us within our budget and party size. She got our tickets, dining plan and even met me at Starbucks to help me make my dining reservations and give me tips for making fast pass reservations. Our trip was perfect and even when I had questions while we were at Disney, she was right there to help. That was two years ago and I just booked my third Disney vacation with her. I highly recommend Beth. She is fast, extremely knowledgeable, and is always willing to help! Thank you Beth!!!

Beth Jeffries is the most knowledgeable person in regard to all things Disney! As a first timer it can be overwhelming. What's a fast pass? And magic hours? And rope drop? Character meals? What?! Beth will help you as much or as little as you need and turn what could be a stressful planning experience into a magical experience....like all things Disney. She will tell you little tricks and things to do while there. She can help you lay out your days to maximize your experiences. She keeps an eye on the pricing always looking for the best deal for you and your family. I would highly recommend her services to anyone thinking about planning a Disney trip.
