Lisa did an amazing job planning our sister trip to Mexico! She picked the perfect spot for us (Riu Cancun) and attended to every detail of the planning! Lisa was wonderful to work with and our vacation was terrific! She took care of all the details of arranging flights, ground transportation, and hotel reservations. Great vacation

My husband and I were lucky enough to find Lisa at a 4th Friday event in Uptown Westerville. She helped us plan our trip to Mexico, giving us a lot of great information on the resort. I was having a difficult time finding flight times that worked with our schedule, but she was able to locate a time that worked for us and gave us more time at the resort. Lisa reached out to us before our trip and sent us all travel documents as well as tags to attach to our luggage. She said if we have any issues while we are in Mexico (luckily we didn't) to contact her so she can remedy the problem while we focus on enjoying our vacation. Lisa contacted us when we got back to see how our trip was. She was great to work with and we will definitely use her again!

Dad's 70th birthday trip

Lisa was excellent at arranging our trip. She gave us the best deal while booking our all-inclusive to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. She was attentive and very responsive to all my questions. Lisa is very easy to work with and helped me make all the dinner reservations and would have been a great help had we decided to book excursions. She saved me a ton of time! It was nice having someone arrange all my travel plans for once. I highly recommend Lisa and her services!

Best Travel Agent Ever!

Lisa is amazing! We were unfortunate in that United cancelled our first flight, then rerouted us through Washington DC. Once we arrived in Washington DC, they had overbooked the flight and we were the lucky ones to get bumped. We were rerouted once again and after sitting though tornado sirens, we missed our connecting flight. Lisa was right there helping us out all along the way. She even found a last minute hotel room for us at 10:30pm at night because we had missed the connection and the airline wouldn't provide a hotel for the night. She also took charge of filing the refund request for our insurance on the hotel room and the missed night at our resort. I can't say enough great things about Lisa! She did above and beyond anything I would have expected!

We contacted Lisa and met with her one time. After that everything came together like clock work. We were traveling with two friends from Kansas City and Lisa made it absolutely painless for both of us. Would we recommend Lisa? ABSOLUTELY. Are we going to use her again? ABSOLUTELY. Lisa planned our Disney cruise for us and saved me so much time and frustration. She was very knowledgeable about what was offered on the cruise and made sure our 7 year old daughter (and us!) had a blast. Each transfer and activity was planned without a hitch and our vacation was completely stress free. I highly recommend her.

First time booking through a travel agent

I typically have always planned vacations myself, however, because being very busy I decided to seek the help of a travel agent to book my vacation.. A friend referred me to Lisa and I could not be more happy with the results. Lisa found me a great cruise and price for the dates I requested. She though of everything I needed up till the day of the trip and was very prompt in answering all my questions. I will definitely continue using her services in the future.
