Jackie made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed to make my vacation seamless. Without her advice and follow thorough, we would have never been able to experience this trip in the same way.

Working with Jackie was a pleasure from the first moment. During all the COVID restrictions, with policies and practices changing daily she navigated the hoops and jumps without causing any panic. Even with hotel changes and COVID testing requirements being implemented we had the best trip ever! We will NEVER book another vacation without Jackie again.

Spring break 2016 :) Our family was looking forward to our first trip to California. We unfortunately were rushing our daughter to the ER just a few hours before our early Sunday morning flight. We contacted Jackie, our travel agent (on a Sunday) and told her we were in the hospital. Jackie was amazing! Extremely helpful!! She got on it immediately! She was in contact with everyone from the airlines, to the resort, to the rental car. The next day, once we were out of the hospital and ready to go, she had our trip, for all 4 of us, rescheduled and we were leaving Monday afternoon. Without any monetary penalties!! Who can do that- Jackie, that's who! We won't travel anywhere without Jackie's assistance and if you are smart you will do the same!

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The resort was beautiful. Great service. Huge variety of food. Lots of high quality shows. Lots of pool activities. We only dined at the steakhouse which was fabulous for the specialty restaurants. We had 2 birthday boys (my brother turned 50 and my son turned 15) this week, both of whom enjoyed the singing by the staff in the dining room. LOL! Overall we would definitely stay here again! Thanks again for all of your help in making this a great vacation for my family! Hopefully we will work with you again for any of our future travels!!!
