This company has unbelievably fantastic customer service. I was impressed with the level of contentiousness and thoroughness by Shari while booking my 4-day cruise to Bermuda. The prices were excellent and she got us a room that was better than we had initially requested. All responses to our questions were quick, accurate, and reliable. She hosted an app for our party with the entire cruise itinerary for all four days, which gave us easy access to details regarding all entertaining, dining, and shopping events. I was very impressed! She remained courteous, friendly, and sincere from start to finish. I could tell that she aimed to ensure we had an amazing experience. I intend to use Shari's services again for our next vacation!

We booked our honeymoon for Barbados through Sandals resorts in 2020. We arrived at the resort and were required to quarantine in our room for 5 days. We thought that negative test results were all that were required. We spent the first evening trying to figure out what to do next. I have never used a travel agent before, but I was getting nowhere myself. After trying to contact a couple of agents with no response I came across Shari, who answered my first phone call. I explained the situation and she immediately got to work. She found a flight to Miami and this was the only flight out of Barbados for the next 3 days. Shari booked us an amazing room at the National Hotel in Miami and she also sent us a list of things to do while we were there. Everything after that went perfect and we finally got to relax for our Honeymoon. We couldn't be more thankful for Shari with MemorableTimes, and would highly recommend her and the staff for any traveling!

She made sure every aspect of our trip was covered, from transportation to resort fees, even gave excellent suggestions for excursions and restaurants. I would whole-heartedly recommend her agency. She is very professional, has a great sense of humor, very trusting and knowledgeable. I can be very indecisive, at times when making important decisions. But, Shari was so patient and guided me step by step. She did an excellent job on planning an all inclusive 5 Day Bahamas cruise for me and my husband’s 7th Wedding Anniversary. We had a blast!!! From our spacious balcony cabin, to our romantic spa massage for 2 as well as the off shore excursions made it a Memorable Time!!!! Thank you Shari for all of your hard work!!!! I hate planning travel, it gives me severe anxiety. Traveling using Memorable Times was so easy and I had so much that my worries melted away. I would absolutely book using this service again.

We have the benefit of first-hand experience and the freedom from having to book the vacation ourselves and work up feelings in the family. I've been using Shari services since 2009 and I must say it's been a wonderful experience. Since then she's been booking and planning my Spring break vacations for me and my family as well as some quick getaways. For Spring Break me and my family like to go away so we asked Shari to find us something that would be fitting for family members of all ages. She suggested a cruise which was cost efficient for the entire family. We had such a great time that we decided to make it an annual thing for Spring Break. It was 13 of us and everything went smoothly. She booked our transportation to and from the airport as well as to the Port. She informed us how important it is to have insurance while being on vacation. The first year we went to the Bahamas the second we went to Mexico. Everything was Grade A.
