Jill has never failed to help us find the most amazing vacation spots! Everything is planned out perfectly for us. We truly feel she will never recommend sending us somewhere she herself wouldn't go. Exceptional job! We stayed at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites and we were Wowed! The resort was laid out very well. Restaurants were easy to get to and the food was amazing. The buffets had lobster almost every night! The beach was literally at the edge of the pool. They made jerk chicken and pork on the beach and had activities for all ages all week. The staff was so friendly. They truly would do anything to make our stay perfect!

She went above and beyond helping us explore options when we knew we wanted to take a family vacation but really did not know the destination we were most interested in. Jill's going the extra mile continued right through our trip. I texted Jill while sitting on our flight that was being delayed for mechanical reasons. When we finally arrived and had missed our connecting flight, Jill had already rebooked us on the next available flight, called the transport company (moved our time 7 hours) and had contacted our hotel to let them know that we needed someone available during the middle of the night to check us in. Jill was wonderful to work with. Had to travel to texas for 2 dr. Appts. with daughter last minute. Jill took the time to call hospital and find out which airport would be closer and found a hotel attached to hospital so we wouldn't have to take taxi's. She went above and beyond to assist us in such short notice. She was knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks so much jill, will be using your services again for surgery very soon.

Jill has always been a pleasure to work with. She's very responsive, searches for deals, offers her recommendations on resorts, etc. In addition, she goes the extra mile as well. For example, when a flight was delayed in Appleton, it could have potentially really messed up our trip. However, she took care of rebooking flights, finding nearby hotels, contacting the resort and private transportation company directly. Thank goodness we worked through Jill vs booking a trip on our own through websites.
