I have been a travel adviser for 11 years.
I'm a lifelong traveler! I visit Europe at least twice a year. My travels have taken me to the Mediterranean, Scandinavia, the Caribbean Islands, Mexico, Greece, Russia, Iceland, and Turkey. I've visited most of the 50 United States, including many of the National Parks, Hawaii, and Alaska, as well as Canada. Chances are, I've been where you'd like to go and my first hand experience will help create the best itinerary and experience for you!

During our planning on the Internet for our vacation, we were undecided on the results we were getting. We looked at agents and came across Heidi Summers name, so we contacted her. From that time on, she took care of all phases of our vacation. Her suggestions and knowledge from her travels were very valuable. Heidi booked us on a Rockin Britain 8 day/7 night bus tour with CIE, which ended for us in Glasgow, Scotland. We traveled back to London for an additional weeks stay. I have worked with Heidi before and she was great but Covid was an entire different experience. Heidi kept us informed about testing (where to go which test was required and more), she sent many updates, she always responds promptly. Very professional from day 1 until the trip is over.

Family Vacation

Heidi was on task as soon as I told her what we wanted. I had never used a travel agent before so I was inexperienced, but she took care of everything! From booking the room, to making dinner reservations, to checking us in on our flight, to emailing Disney on my behalf when I had questions, Heidi was on point! She even helped me when our flight was canceled and we had to re book. She was out of town in New York City, but still took the time ,to email the airline. That is service! My husband and I are planning a cruise and we will most definitely be calling Heidi to plan and book out trip!

Our All Inclusive Honeymoon

Heidi was wonderful to work with when planning our trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico! We took a belated honeymoon and started our planning process with very little direction. Heidi presented us with several destination options for our price range, as well as the pros and cons for each. In addition to having personal experience traveling to several of the destinations that she shared, Heidi also provided specific feedback for resorts that her clients have relayed to her in the past. From paperwork to flight check-in to fast response time, we had a great experience working with her and will certainly do so in the future!

Heidi was amazing at helping us plan our honeymoon to Mexico. She was so knowledgeable about different areas, resorts, flights, etc. always answered all of my questions and made sure we were prepared traveling to and from different countries, especially with Covid going on! She made it so easy, all we really had to do was print our papers, pack, get on the plane and enjoy the trip! I truthfully think having her as our travel agent made our honeymoon traveling experience even better! Heidi made this trip happen for us, in just the way I wanted it to happen. I knew my preferences and style for travel but I didnt know Ireland well and we worked together from there. There's no question she worked harder than I did or at least it seemed that way because I mostly answered her questions and she put together what was a perfect trip for me and my husband. When our bus tickets to the Aran Islands were ready and waiting for us at the terminal I thanked Heidi out loud for the overall ease of this trip... and we were all over the country.She was excellent!!

Best Vacation Ever

Heidi was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was able to plan a trip for me and my expanded family. She was able to meet all of our needs and requests. She is extremely knowledgable and gave excellent advise. Everything from our flight, ground transportation and trip experiences were excellent. We would not have been able to do this trip without her. She was in constant communication and very easy to get a hold of. She always returned any emails, texts of phone calls immediately. She constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. I highly reccomnend her!

Heidi is very professional, efficient, accommodating, and accessible. Heidi made she that I had all the information that I needed. She is awesome!!! Not only did she ensure that I had everything that I ask for but she also went out off her way to make special accommodations for my disabled mother. Amazing Vacation!!!!

Heidi is amazing!!! She thought of every detail and helped every minute of the way for us. We are so happy that Heidi helped us with this amazing trip. From the hotel room to the parks, she thought of every detail! Thank you Heidi!! After the last year of me battling cancer, having my leg amputated, my mother passing away, my father-in-law passing away, it was a great getaway for us. Heidi made the trip smooth and enjoyable. We loved that when I described what we needed she found the perfect hotel for us. She even booked a scooter for me and was able to get me a shower seat last minute for the hotel (first time traveling as an amputee I forgot I needed one) and she went above and beyond to get it for me!!!

Best honeymoon ever!

Heidi made planning our honeymoon so easy! She provided me with options and her opinion on which places would be best for a honeymoon. She definitely recommended the best place for us! The location and place were amazing and she made sure we had fun things to do while we were there. She managed all the little details so that we didn’t have to think of them. I felt at ease that I had everything covered before traveling out of the country. I would definitely recommend and will be getting Heidi to help with my next trip!

Week Vacation To New Orleans

It was a great week trip in New Orleans. Heidi helped us put together a brewery tour, cocktail tour, swamp boat tour. All of which turned out to be very fun and exciting. She also helped us with booking our hotel which was great. She also gave advice on great places to eat.

questions & concerns. Heidi made me feel very at ease and comfortable to feel free to ask all my questions, regardless if it were the same questions just asked in different ways and times. Never was the phrase "as I told you before" used by Heidi when exploring all possible
scenarios and intinareries.
Her expertise and knowledge was appreciated and her suggestions most welcome. I had several "must" sights and she got me to those locations plus many others.
Even after the conclusion of the trip, I had a tiny issue and
Heidi followed through and resolved the matter.

Unlike many travel agents who are all business, Heidi is one world traveler. With this first hand knowledge she has, she can and did point us in the directions she knew first hand as well as others she had researched thoroughly. We very much enjoyed all of our vacations (and we have booked with her so many times, that I have lost track) and especially appreciate that she stays up super late or gets up super early to make absolute sure we arrive at our destination without any problems. If we do have a problem (once we could not find the person who was to pick us up), have no fear as Heidi is there to solve the problem immediately. It feel like she actually comes along on the trip, always keeping an eye out for any possible bumps on the way she can smooth out or any new ideas that may pop up. High recommended!

Efficient, effective, friendly. Top notch. We had a short notice request with a train travel gift coupon to use and Heidi made it happen. She found a great deal for us, rapidly, and did it with a smile. Our trip to The Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs was terrific. The follow up phone calls and e-mails to ensure our timely and enjoyable get away put Heidi head and shoulders above the rest. My wife said, " She treated us as if we were family ". I cannot say enough great things about Heidi! Planning a wedding is stressful, so with her taking all of the stress away of planning our honeymoon I cannot thank her enough. We gave her a budget and a location and she had so many great options. She has traveled to many of the resorts so she has her own personal advice on things as well. We even had to reschedule our honeymoon due to bad weather and she took care of everything for us. She had transportation set up for us for both to the resort and back to the airport. She also checked us into both flights which took that stress off of us and sped up things at the airport. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely be using her for future trips!

From the very beginning all the way up to the return trip home, Heidi was so very helpful in planning our dream vacation! What was to be our last "family of 4" vacation on us parents' dime, Heidi took beyond our expectations! I highly recommend Heidi for any of your travel plans! She worked so closely with us in planning our trip to Britain and Ireland, first seeking to understand where we wanted to go and what we considered our "must see" locations. She then worked to design a trip that met (actually exceeded) our expectations with consideration of our timeframe and budget.
Heidi made great recommendations to help us get the most out of our trip, putting together two tours plus additional days on our own in each country, so we could ensure we could immerse ourselves in the experience. She provided incredible support and made it so easy for us....providing maps whenever we were going to drive, giving fantastic travel advice, and always responding to our questions.
I have not typically worked with a travel agent and previously did my own planning and booking. This trip was definitely more well organized and efficient, yet also provided us with the days that were unstructured so we could explore on our own!
I will definitely work with Heidi again and encourage you to do the same! She's amazing!

I was one of those people who didn't think I needed a travel agent since I could easily book myself online. After being burned for the last time by a "good deal" that looked nothing like the pictures and flights with multiple connections, some so short I missed the flight and some so long I wasted vacation time; I decided to give a professional a try. I'm so glad I chose Heidi! Everything was as promised and then some. It was so nice to be able to leave everything to her and have it all go so smoothly.
