After successful employment experiences in several different industries including sports entertainment, computer technology and hotel management, I embarked upon my career as an independent travel consultant in 2005. I have always had an incredible passion for seeing new places and had travelled extensively throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, as well as in the United States. Sharing my experiences with my family, friends and colleagues and stimulating their interest in travel was sometimes as much fun as the trip itself.
I have traveled extensively throughout the world to provide my clients with a firsthand perspective for their land, sea and river cruise vacations. In 2019 I have discovered the wonders of Thailand, Laos and Myanmar, as well as the beautiful Southern Region of Calabria, Italy. I am looking forward a fabulous river cruise on the Crystal Ravel visiting Austria, Hungary, and Slovakia. In 2018, I sailed the Mediterranean visiting Croatia, Montenegro, Greece, and Italy. I also had the opportunity to visit and explore Qatar where the FIFA World Cup will take place in 2022. In 2017, I experienced Australia, followed by a 10 day cruise around Southern New Zealand where I saw the most beautiful scenery I have ever encountered. In recent years, I have toured India, Africa, Dubai, Italy, Sicily, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Scotland, Alaska, Sardinia, Portugal and the Maldives, as well as many other countries in Europe. Mexico and the many beautiful islands of the Caribbean draw me several times a year. My upcoming adventures in 2020 include a Silversea Cruise to the Galapagos Islands and a fabulous Mediterranean adventure to France, Spain and Italy on board the brand new Celebrity Apex.
One of my favorite adventures thus far has been an African Safari in Kruger National Park, South Africa, which was truly a life changing experience. I was in awe visiting the Taj Mahal in Agra, and traveling through India's Golden Triangle left me with a desire to go back and discover all that India has to offer. Seeing the Northern Lights in Iceland and lounging in the Blue Lagoon definitely wowed me, as did the beautiful rugged coast at the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland. Swimming in clear turquoise waters and sun bathing on exquisite white sandy beaches in beautiful islands like Turks & Caicos, Exuma, Grand Cayman, Antigua, Bonaire, Anguilla, and Virgin Gorda, to name a few, are among the many reasons I enjoy land and cruise vacations in the Caribbean. Rome, Florence, Venice and the Amalfi Coast are some of my most favorite places in the world, and one of my specialties is creating custom trips to Italy. A recent trip to Portugal enlightened me to the spectacular Algarve region - definitely a honeymoon destination!
By combining my business knowledge with my accumulated travel experience, I have parlayed a passion into a successful, thriving travel business. Every detail of each and every vacation I create - no matter how big or small - is scrutinized and planned as if the trip were my own. My goal is to have each and every client come home with an incredible and truly memorable vacation.
I am continually updating my knowledge of the travel industry by completing Travel Agent University courses and Certified Specialist Courses, as well as by attending conferences, workshops, seminars, and webinars. I am an active member of ASTA and AFTA.

My lovely girlfriend and I decided we needed to escape Philadelphia and travel to a sandy beach resort for her birthday. Luckily, we went to Pattie to help us plan a birthday vacation. After many great options, we decided to go to Cancun and stay at the Grand Oasis. Pattie took care of everything for us including flights, transportation, hotel, activities, etc. When we landed in Cancun we had a great driver transport us to the hotel. Upon check in, we were surprised to find Pattie some how got us the super VIP wristbands that got us into everywhere in the resort and a bunch of free amenities. It was a wonderful surprise. Our room was beach front with a great view. Pattie made sure to stay in touch with us the whole time and if we needed anything she was only a phone call away. If you are looking for someone who is extremely knowledgable and truly cares about providing you the best experience look no further the Pattie with Concierge Travel.

Dream Vacation

Pattie planned a dream vacation to the Maldives for us. Fromstart to finish, her service and expertise were phenomenal. She was able to give us several options in an attempt to best suit our needs when first planning the trip. We encountered an issue with the room upon arrival that she was able to resolve promptly. She also modified our seat row on the flight home to better ensure we would make a connection. These types of efforts and attention to detail are to be commended. A honeymoon we'll never forget

Pattie was amazing! We had never used a travel agent before but were feeling overwhelmed with planning this trip. From the first phone call we knew she would be the perfect person to help plan the trip of a lifetime. We started out in Munich for the last few days of Oktoberfest. Next we headed to Amsterdam for a few days before ending up in Cannes and exploring the French Riviera. Pattie worked with our budget to creat a truly magical trip. She booked our hotels, flights, and an excursion for us in each city. We didn't want every minute of the trip planned out but Pattie could definitely do that if that's your thing. We prefer to explore on our own but were very glad we agreed to let her reserve one excursion per city ahead of time as they were all amazing and would've been sold out once we arrived. We also received free upgrades for being on our honeymoon from several of the hotels and places we visited. I cannot recommend Pattie enough, we will definitely use her services again!

This was my 3rd vacation booked with Pattie and was fabulous as always. Our group size got bigger and so did our budget for our 30th birthday trip. Pattie gave us so many options for 14 people flying from 6 different airports. She even handled a last minute cancellation and substitute traveler with ease and no stress to us. I have just been accepted into a program to teach english in Thailand and have had to fill out tons and tons of paperwork, go through webinars and get my life in order before making the trek halfway around the world where I will be living for 6 months The last thing I wanted to worry about was booking my flight...
After spending days on my own on all of the classic "cheap flight" websites, I was annoyed and sent Pattie and email explaining my situation, that I am on a tight budget and had to arrive in Thailand within a certain range of dates.
Pattie got back to me in minutes and saved me the stress, time, energy and aggravation that comes along with trying to find the cheapest flight with the least amount layovers. The perfect flight was booked for me within a few hours of talking to her.
One way ticket for about $729.. not bad..
BUT the best part is.. the next day I get a call from her saying that the price had gone DOWN almost $300 and I would be getting that refund in full on my credit card!! Had I booked on my own, I would have never saved all that money (enough to cover all of my travel shots and medicine)!

Wonderful vacation

My mother and I typically travel to the Caribbean during the first week of January. Given that my mother is 87 years young and uses a walker, finding suitable locations can be challenging. Patti has been spot on in her recommendations--last year it was Barbados and earlier this month we went to St Kitts. Patti made sure that we were well taken care of prior to our departure. In particular, we had a ground floor suite overlooking the ocean; the staff could not have been more accommodating and because of Patti's relationship with the hotel, they went out of their way to make sure that my mom was able to get around the property independently (with the help of their staff driven carts.) Prior to the trip, Patti sent me an exhaustive list of local restaurants, excursions and day trips which was really helpful and contributed to my pre-trip excitement. She was also readily available for all of my last minute questions. Bottom line- Patti is absolutely terrific!

Pattie made the trip so smooth for us! We faced flight cancelations and didn't have to worry at all because she was on it. The resort and room selection we ended up with was perfect for our bachelorette group! We wanted to do a last minute boat day. Honeymoon

It is always a pleasure to work with Pattie! Especially in this world of uncertainty and cancelled/delayed flights, Pattie always comes through. We had constant trouble with our return flight and she worked with us time and again to ensure we got home safely. And naturally, she also made sure we had an amazing time while we were abroad. Unbelievable experience. Booked honeymoon through Patricia on only 1 months notice. She not only was very professional setting up a phone call immediately to chat, her responses and information was fast and accurate to what we were looking for. All I wanted for my bachelorette was a fun in the sun weekend with my girls. Pattie went above and beyond my expectations with the location, travel, and of course safety for 6 girls on a budget. She recommended Breathless Cancun and it took our breath away! The resort had everything - great food & drinks, multiple pools, beautiful rooms, entertainment, and the beach. My boss wanted me to schedule a vacation to a high end, exotic location. Since I am not a well traveled person, I knew I needed someone with experience. When I called her, she was incredibly warm and kind....so that attracted me as well! She knew exactly what to ask and knew exactly what was needed. Amazing Honeymoon!

Pattie was so easy to work with. She listened to everything we wanted for our honeymoon in Greece and Italy and guided us to create the perfect trip. Pattie communicated throughout the planning process and gave us advanced notifications of upcoming payments. We stayed for two weeks total between Greece and Italy and didn't have to worry once- all our excursions and transfers were booked for us, and everything ran smoothly the entire time. This is the second trip I booked with Pattie and once again, it was perfect. I was looking for an all-inclusive that fit all of our needs my sister's bachelorette fun - amazing food, great drinks & entertainment, beautiful accommodations, and most importantly - safety. She was able to coordinate 6 crazy busy girls with opposite schedules coming from 2 airports and made our options clear and affordable. Pattie recommended Breathless in Cancun, and it blew us away! An amazing multi-generational trip

Pattie was flexible and very responsive to requests. We started the planning for this trip in late February for a June departure during the height of the season in Italy. We were 8 people, spanning from 14 years of age to 77. Our list of requests for places and experiences was long and varied. Pattie was able to steer us towards locales that were a better fit for our group. She was 100% right on everything she suggested. She is also a miracle worker. We had last minute changes up until the day we left. She was never frustrated and just made it happen. It is very difficult to find experiences and reservations for 8 people. Despite the level of difficulty, she was able to offer us amazing things to do daily. I was also appreciative that she suggested free days for our family to simply relax. The tour guides, drivers, and restaurants with whom she had a relationship were perfect for us. They were all on time and delightful to speak to. The trip of a lifetime!

We were lucky enough to have Patricia book our honeymoon for us! I’m a very detailed person and Patricia always answered all of my questions promtley and efficiently! She took all of our wants, needs, and feedback into putting together the itinerary for our honeymoon to Greece and Italy. Not only was Italy beautiful and a great place for a trip it, was evenly matched with Pattie's ability to organize the event. We took her lead on what to see and where to go and we we're left speechless. Words cant really describe the experience. She arranged travel at every aspect of the trip. I personally saw people lugging their suitcases around and thought "we don't have to worry about that because Pattie arranged everything so neatly". This made the trip that much better. Honeymoon part 2

The only way we travel anymore is booking through Pattie, we have been using her for years ! She makes the process so easy and stress free, she answers all our questions and makes sure we have all the information we need. This trip was a tricky one, we wanted to re create our honeymoon, however the price point was a little too out of our range due to insane flight prices everywhere (Pattie got us the best deal she could). Instead we totally pivoted and decided to to go to Niagara Falls because we could drive. Pattie didn't hesitate and right away sent us wonderful hotel options and tour information as well as all the pertinent information we would need for Canada. We booked everything through her and it was a breeze! It turned out to the most amazing honeymoon part 2!

Regardless of where in the world we were looking, she seemed to have expertise in every area! If there was anything she was unsure of, she found the answer for us right away. Pattie went above and beyond to make our honeymoon the perfect fit and experience. She explored multiple options and locations until we settled on Singapore (3 days) and Bali (11 days). She listened to things we wanted i.e. special hotels and made sure evey last detail was taken care of. We had an issue with my name (due to our error) and Patttie used her conections to update everything which could have cost us thousands of dollars without her help! I can be very indecisive at times and it really showed when trying to plan my honeymoon. When I got Pattie's contact information, I was kind of unsure how the whole thing works. I had never gone through a travel agent before. If I was Pattie, I would have pulled my hair out when working with me. Pattie was absolutely wonderful and took care of every detail! She handled airfare, rental car, hotel accommodations, sight seeing tours, and dinner reservations. The resort we stayed at was newly renovated and right on the water. We had amazing ocean views from our balcony and had breakfast every morning at the open air restaurant overlooking the beach. We were treated at night with the most gorgeous sunsets from our beach front resort.Pattie checked in with us during our trip to see how we were doing and if we needed anything (wow, that is going above and beyond)!

Pattie was amazing to work with. Our family decided to take an Alaskan cruise together. Our family is a catered across the USA and it was also our first cruise. When we decided In June to take an Alaskan cruise and go to Denali in August, there was no question who we could trust with making that happen. My experience with Patricia was absolutely fantastic! I honestly have never used a travel agent because I've always thought it would be too expensive. This was not the case at all. Not only did she help us choose a location and a hotel for a large group of people, she ensured everything went smoothly! She was readily available during our trip for any issues and we were able to contact her directly when we had a simple question about insurance. To top it off, she went totally out of her way and sent us monogrammed cups with a cute saying for our birthdays, which we were celebrating. We had a few places on our bucket list but were not sure how to do the logistics. We wanted to go to Copenhagen, Amsterdam, and Brugge. Pattie figured out the airlines, the train ride, the hotels, and was fabulous and easy to work with! She advised us of how expensive Copenhagen would be at that time of year, so we knew what we were getting in to. I'm a little particular about flight times and she worked with us to make sure that flights were not crazy early or late. It was such an awesome trip that I'd love to do it again.
She was so professional and responsive that we came back to her again a year later and she organized a work trip for us to DC with about 16 people! She understands our preferences and has the patience of a saint!
She is our "Go To" travel agent and will go back to her for wherever we want to go. It's nice to have someone who knows what you want and takes care of all of the searching!

We booked our Honeymoon trip to Italy through Patricia. The entire process was amazing. We had a great conversation over the phone, she asked us many questions to help plan the honeymoon we dreamed of. Our trip was exactly that, everything we dreamed it to be! We did so much in 12 days and EVERYTHING ran smoothly, with no hiccups. It amazed me that all of our transfers between 4 cities in Italy was seemless. My fiancé and I were planning a wedding 5 hours away and had a TON going on. We had dreams of an amazing island-hopping honeymoon in Hawaii, but I quickly realized that planning three different hotel stays, rental cars and travel between islands was quite a bit more than I had bargained for. Italian Honeymoon

Pattie helped make our honeymoon in Italy better than we could have ever imagined! From the first call to discuss where we wanted to go (Rome, Florence, and Positano), she shared valuable advice and honest perspective. She provided us with various itineraries before we finalized the perfect one and took care of everything for us. About a month before our trip, we received a little binder not only with passes for our trains, tours, and hotels but also with luggage tags to commemorate our wedding and so many tips and tricks for each city. This proved to be invaluable for us while we were in Italy. When we experienced a flight delay on our way to Italy, I called Pattie on Sunday afternoon to see how that would affect our plans when we arrived in Italy, and she promptly returned my call even though it was a weekend. Everything went smoothly as we traveled through Rome, Florence, and Positano, and we owe everything to Pattie for making our honeymoon absolutely unforgettable!

Pattie booked two trips for me. One in Punta Cana for me and 19 of my friends and the other in Riviera Maya for a couples get away. For both trips, Pattie listened very well to what we wanted and what we did not want. She gave us a list of places that she thought fit our criteria as well as having some suggestions on other places we might like. Pattie also is extremely helpful in booking any excursions while on vacation so that when you are at your destination, you don't have to worry about planning anything yourself. Even when I was on vacation and had questions about our departure, Pattie responded within hours with anything that I was worried about! Booking a trip can be extremely stressful, but Pattie makes it very care-free for her clients. I choose Pattie any time I have to go anywhere and always recommend her to anyone I know that wants to plan a trip!

Pattie helped us plan the trip of a lifetime to Venice and Florence. All of the arrangements including hotels, flights and transfers was perfect and her recommendations for restaurants and activities were the best. She also went above and beyond when Venice and the hotel we were staying at were flooded on the day we were supposed to travel to Florence. Everyone at the hotel insisted there was no way we could make our connections which would have meant that we would lose at least a day from our vacation. After Pattie got involved, we were literally carried out of the hotel placed on tables that formed a makeshift walkway, helped onto a waiting boat and brought to the train station in time for our connection. Pattie's outstanding support changed a potential disaster into a memorable adventure.

Patricia was wonderful. We had a trip with Gate1 and they canceled because they did not have enough people for the dates of the trip. Patty helped up set up the trip flying into Phoenix, getting a rent-a-car, driving to Sedona for 2 nights (staying right in downtown Sedona at Orchards Inn, then going to Grand Canyon for 2 nights, Lake Powell for 1 night , Zion Park for 2 nights, and the final night @ Las Vegas returning our rent a car at McCarron Airport. Everything was perfect.
