I've used Stephanie many times, and every time she has been able to find me a deal better than anything I would be able to procure on my own. She is very responsive, great with reminders, and genuinely cares that you enjoy your trip. I recommend her for both work and pleasure trips, and will certainly use her again.

Last Minute Help

Stephanie helped my wife and I have a great trip in Madrid Spain. This was a last minute business/vacation trip and Stephanie jumped into full speed setting up great tours for us. Stephanie listened to the kinds of adventures that interest us (including some outstanding winery/tasting tours) and then arranged the perfect set of private and semi-private tours with durations from several hours to full days. All tours were executed by very professional and friendly guides. Every tour was an awesome value. Next trip being planned will start with a call to Leaps and Bounds Travel!

This was my first experience working with a travel agent. I was NOT disappointed. Stephanie took care of everything for us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of our trip. I never felt that I was "bothering" her. She answered my endless questions without missing a beat. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a worry free trip.

I have been dragging my feet planning my wedding and every little overwhelming piece of it, that I thought we would just not be able to afford a honeymoon OR have the time to shop around trying to find the "best deal." In enters Stephanie (who I met at a wedding expo) and researched so effectively and beyond my expectations that I am no SO excited to go on my honeymoon! Not only did she take my vague information of what we did and did not want in regards to where we thought we might want to be, but just made me feel at such ease for not knowing at ALL what I wanted! LOL I asked a bazillion questions and she always got back to me within the hour (if not sooner) with information that was so useful and why I would or wouldn't want to go to that specific resort. In the end, we ended up taking a place that I never thought we would end up at (although it was the first one I looked at) and got it for such a great deal that I still can't believe it! Jamaica here we come!! Thank you SO much Stephanie for being nothing short of amazing!

Stephanie planned us the most amazing vacation as a surprise Christmas gift for my wife. Let me start off by telling you that it is not an easy task working with a client who is keeping an international vacation as a secret from their spouse, but in this case, she made it very easy. She started off by doing an assessment of our needs, and what we want to accomplish on the vacation. She factored in price and presented many options, and even ranked them based on our compatibility and her own personal preference to the resorts. She was patient for the several weeks leading up to my decision but maintained great and a quick response follow up to all of m many questions. When I finally made my decision, Stephanie factored in our vacation time and got us 2 EXTRA DAYS from what we were planning for LESS MONEY, which was the result of making minor changes to flights and departure/arrival dates. Essentially she turned a 5 day vacation into a 7 day vacation for less money. Once the vacation was booked-and here's where it gets REALLY good- she had a prescheduled trip in the Bahamas, which she took advantage of to bring back Bahamas souvenirs for me to use as a Christmas gift. When we met her just before the vacation, she exchanged our airline tickets, and itineraries and a concise travel book, and answered every question under the sun about the upcoming trip. She said the best part of having me as your travel agent is you have my cell phone number, so if you run into any issues or concerns while down there, give me a call. We were happy we didn't have to test that out, but even happier to have the peace of mind of knowing that she has our back. The trip itself was a dream. We cannot thank her enough for the amazing experience and how everything from meals to events to the rooms was exactly what we were looking for. If you want your vacation done right from someone who will care about your relaxation and enjoyment, you absolutely have to give Stephanie a call!

I contacted Stephanie in an effort to put a vacation together for my family. I had a couple of ideas about what we wanted to do, but at that time things were more than we could afford to spend. A few months later she got an alert about a flash sale for the cruise we wanted to go on and contacted me right away and because of her thoughtfulness we are going to go where we wanted to. I would recommend her to anyone with any type of budget. She is amazing!

We've booked with Stephanie a number of times of the years. From the beginning, she was responsive and helpful with all our questions regarding our trip. We booked a number of group trips to Bermuda and the Caribbean. Stephanie had all our paperwork in order, and kept us up to date on any changes that may have arisen.
