From start to finish Kathi was amazing in planning our trip! She truly puts the customer first. She is extremely responsive, helpful, creative, and always patient. We asked so many questions and she never got frustrated and just kept on helping us to make the decisions we were so thrilled about. Kathi has a true passion for travel and wants everyone to have the experience of their life, no matter where they go. Our Alaskan trip was for 10 of us and over my birthday and Kathi made sure it was perfect! What makes Kathi such an exceptional provider is her level of generosity. Most agents would consider their work done once the trip is booked. Not Kathi. She monitors the itinerary continually and if a sale comes up - poof! - suddenly you get an updated itinerary with a better price and / or additional benefits. It's entirely above and beyond. She also does everything to ensure you have a seamless trip from clear communication to a wonderful mailing of information (and lanyards!). I highly recommend.

Kathi set up a cruise for me and my family of 15 and everything went perfectly. The flights, the transportation, the cruise, and getting back home. We also had a couple of people who had specific needs for travel (wheelchairs, etc.) I would highly recommend Kathi to anyone.

We just returned from a cruise. Kathi helped us plan everything from hotel and tours in our port city (Barcelona) to logistics for our cruise to a hotel and tour in our destination city (Rome). My Bucket List is a little shorter! Randy and I took a trip of our lifetime and traveled to the Galapagos Islands, and Quito, Ecuador. And, our travel agent, Kathi Holtz of KMH Travel Group LLC made sure that the trip was one of perfection! If you want an “Experience” where are you are among amazing creatures that have no fear and enjoy the miracle of these islands, I would highly recommend working with Kathi. We traveled on the Celebrity Flora, which is definitely an amazing resort on the sea! The intimacy on these small ships visiting the Galapagos Islands allows you to make friends of a lifetime. Great trip full of great memories!! Thank you Kathi! It was fabulous!

True Attention to Detail

Kathi always thinks of something we forgot! She seamlessly arranges our whole vacation - there's nothing like being taken by the hand from the plane landing, to hotels and tours and even cruises! She always has little tips that help make our vacations even better. We just went on an escorted tour and ended with a cruise. We've used her for many trips and will continue!
