Nancy made the original reservation, followed up with the Hotel staff this week to re confirm our accommodations and she was able to secure a nicer accommodation at a better rate. All without any request from me.

Riviera Maya Group Trip Success!
Worked with Nancy to attend her annual Superbowl Friends group in Cancun/Riviera Maya Mexico. We stayed at the Haven Riviera Cancun - adults only 5 star resort and it was incredible! All 20 guests were treated like VIP's! Will continue to book with Nancy for next year's Superbowl trip and a summer vacation in July 2022! After spending weeks trying to decide on a Sandals resort, room category, tours, etc. we became quite frustrated and anxious about our upcoming honeymoon. I placed an emergency call to Nancy looking for a miracle. Despite interrupting Nancy’s family’s holiday dinner, she calmly and sympathetically listened to my tale of woe and then sprung into action, offering suggestions on how to secure an expedited passport. Over the next 48 hours, Nancy dedicated countless hours tracking down passport resources and alternative flights. There are not enough words to express my profound appreciation and gratitude for the assistance provided to me by Nancy Cronin on a recent self-inflicted travel fiasco. Nancy has been providing my corporate and personal travel services for almost 20 years and I continue to be amazed by Nancy’s knowledge, persistence and commitment to her clients. Often I will tell a colleague about something that Nancy did, calling to reconfirm, going the extra step, and they can’t believe that you can get that service like that from an Agent. I tell them it is a regular occurrence with Nancy and then pass her contact information to that friend. As a fellow business owner, I know how nice it is to hear from good customers about a great experience that you employees provide. Too often it is the opposite. Nancy continues to provide great experiences and accordingly, though her office is 800 miles from mine, she is the only one I ever call.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU NANCY CRONIN! Just returned from our family vacation to beautiful Beaches Turks and Caicos. It couldn't have gone better - We were a little overwhelmed when we looked at the size of the resort but Nancy made it so easy and explained the different room categories, the best restaurants on the property and she has so many resort contacts who personally reached out to us many times during our vacation to make sure everything was perfect and it was!! We will continue to book our vacations with Nancy as it has been 6 years now and we feel very confident in her tremendous service.

We just returned from Sandals Barbados and it is the 6th Sandals resort that Nancy has booked for us. We were VIP'd and received a lovely welcome gesture in our upgraded room upon arrival. Nancy is the queen of Sandals and is very knowledgeable about the product. She has established a solid relationship with the hotel managers at every resort we have stayed at. We would never book Sandals with anyone but Nancy. Thank you again for your great service!
Vacation of a Lifetime - Barbados & St. Lucia
We couldn't decide which island we wanted to visit and Nancy suggested island hopping between Barbados and St Lucia with a very easy flight in between. She certainly knows the Caribbean and has a lot of contacts at the hotels. Our accommodations were perfect and Nancy was so pleasant to deal with. Our schedules are very hectic and Nancy communicated with us at night and on a Sunday! We will never try to book another vacation ourselves or with another travel agent. She is the best!
Destination Wedding in the Mayan Riviera
Nancy was an absolute blessing when we met her in Mexico last year and we were fortunate enough to have her work on our wedding this past May in Playa del Carmen. Our guests were very grateful to have someone as organized and thorough as Nancy, which helped ease the stress on both Matthew and I while planning our wedding. Nancy is professional, personable and went above & beyond giving us quality service. She constantly checked in with us throughout our entire wedding planning to make sure that we were doing ok or if there was anything that we needed assistance on. She genuinely cares about her clients and she took very good care of us from the beginning to the end of our new chapter together. I would like to first thank Mrs Nancy Cronin for making our wedding an unbelievable event. Without Nancy I don't know how this would have happened!!! I would like to let you know that Nancy handled 146 people seamlessly and made my life very, very easy. Every request we made, Nancy met and followed up several times to make sure it was taken care of!! Myself and several of the other guests will definitely use Travel Leaders/Tzell Park Avenue ONLY as our travel planners. Nancy not only did a great job planning everyone's activities but also was great the week of the wedding and made sure myself and my bride and all the guests were taken care of 100 percent (from making sure the flowers to the table clothes to the correct rooms were assigned!) These were things that were not necessary but great people do great things!! I highly recommend to anyone that Nancy Cronin will come through for all your travel plans and anyone would be silly not to use her. She is now a great friend!
Planning a destination wedding? You NEED Nancy!
We were over our head when planning our destination wedding in the Bahamas. It didn't take long for Nancy's name to pop up as a top travel agent and destination wedding specialist. Not only is she friendly and professional, she also goes above and beyond for her clients. Nancy was always there when I had a question or problem, and even worked from home on making sure our day was perfect. Just to give you a sample of why Nancy is so amazing, the morning we were leaving for the Bahamas, we had problems checking in and missed our flight. I called Nancy crying and panicked. She quickly jumped on her computer and found us an alternative flight while being comforting and reassuring. I can confidently say without Nancy, we would have NEVER found that flight and would not have made it to the Bahamas in time for our wedding. She is the Fairy Godmother of travel agents! We are forever grateful.

We had a wonderful time, Bora Bora was a blast, the flight schedules you had arranged were perfect, and the honeymoon itself could not have gone any better.
