I said I would give Beth 800 stars out of 10, and my daughter said, "only 800?" We were completely overwhelmed by the prospect of planning our FIRST Disney/Universal vacation, and Beth helped at every step of the way. I knew next to nothing about any rides and attractions - Beth was always available to send me links to resources, and give her own descriptions and reviews from personal experience. I relied on Beth for EVERYTHING, and she never let me down. She was quick to reply to all questions, throughout months of planning. She helped us set up detailed touring plans to ensure that we saw and did only the attractions that were most important to us. Beth even sent detailed links to meeting all our favorite Disney characters, when my kids decided at the last minute to make the characters a priority! Beth even helped us determine which day of the week of our travels to see each park, based on predicted crowd levels! She also worked tirelessly months in advance to find the best deals, and to get us the FastPass and Disney Dining reservations we wanted the most! When our trip came closer, she sent detailed packing lists and tips and tricks for getting the most out of our vacation. Beth helped us understand the transportation options, how to meet Disney characters, and how to get the most out of the Harry Potter sections of the Universal parks. Once we were there, I was able to contact Beth the night before each park, and even the day of -in the park!- with last minute questions. I cannot even imagine planning this trip without her help and guidance. Beth was absolutely the best guide I could have hoped for!!! I heartily recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip.

Beth put together several quotes for me for a last minute Disney World trip we were hoping to take this fall. Every time I had a question or new request she responded quickly and always had multiple options for us to choose from. Unfortunately it just didn't work out for us to go (our fault, not hers) and she was so kind and gracious about it despite all of the work she had put in for us. I sought Elizabeth's help after seeing reviews on this website. I needed to book a vacation to Disney for 11 people to celebrate my daughter's graduation. I had to book a trip to Disney for myself and another mom for a sport event being held at ESPN Wide World of Sports that our kids were attending. This event often has attendees who book their rooms months in advance. Beth found us a room close to where we needed to be just a few weeks before the event. And then the week before the event we found out our kids were moved to another hotel! I called Beth in a panic and while she was on vacation she was able to book us another room at the same resort our kids were staying at with their sports team! She helped us in so many ways with the best deals for attractions tickets and dining reservations. I would highly recommend her services!
