My firm belief is that we should get off our butts and make memories instead of this trend of making bucket lists. What is a list going to give you other than a piece of paper that you move around on your desk? When you are in your later years in this life, will you say that you wish you would have worked more or will you say that you wish you had spent more quality time with family and friends? We only have one life and we should live it to the fullest.
As I created JET, I did so around the idea of helping other people create experiences with their families and friends. As a travel consumer, you don't need yet another place to buy travel and that is not what I do. By consulting me I can help you make informed and educated travel decisions. Would you rather sit in an airport for 6 hours for a layover or pay an extra $30 for an earlier flight? Is the journey or the destination more important to you? Singles will have different needs vs a newlywed couple vs a family of 6. When we first talk, I'll ask you some questions and in doing so I'll get to know YOU. In getting to know what your specific requirements are, I can then give professional advice so that you can then make an informed travel decision. While you can pretty much buy travel anywhere, you can only get me in one spot, and that's here.

First of all, Jennifer was very laid back. She did not complain when I asked her what to pack or any other questions I had about her company or my trip and how much to tip. When my flight got canceled she had already booked me on a new flight. When we got to our destination we had our private transfer waiting for us. When we got to the hotel we checked in and she gave us a platter of fruit cheese and champagne. When we got on our cruise they showed us to our room where we had butler service and some flowers and wine. The cruise went by without a hitch. It was probably the best cruise line I've been on and one of the best travel experiences I've ever had.

Jennifer was wonderful!! We we’re headed to Disney and Universal and she was able to answer all of my questions quickly and so easily. She sent out and immediate quote that was broken down so that it was easy to understand She sent extra ideas and updates in the days leading up to our trip. She even kept up on the weather and if it would effect our flight on the day of the trip. I would definitely use her services again and will recommend her to all of our friends!!!

During COVID Jennifer was able to find us great hotels and resorts to travel when our European destinations were unavailable. She found us great travel packages to the Dominican Republic, Bahamas and Mexico. She made recommendations based on her personal visits to these locations and was able to make recommendations for dining and activities from her own experiences. Her attention to detail is phenomenal, and she has already planned our next 2 trips to Europe now that travel has reopened. I highly recommend her.

Our experience was fantastic. We were in much need of a family vacation but our schedules were so busy we just didn't have time to plan. We knew we wanted to go to Turks & Caicos but were lost in trying to plan. She took care of everything from the hotel, the air travel, transfers to and from the airport and provided a list of recommended restaurants & excursions. I ask a lot of questions and like to know every little detail before I'm fully comfortable with an international trip. Jen was prompt with her answers and always reassured me about my worries. Intial Travel Adventure

Extraordinary Customer Service

Jennifer was referred to me by a mutual friend. I was seeking help to plan our honeymoon. Due to several complications, I contacted her quite last minute and with numerous limiting factors. Knowing; however, that it was a once in a lifetime experience for us, Jennifer worked tirelessly to find us an extraordinary package in our budget. She was patient, kind & totally fun to work with (which is saying something given the stress I was under). Furthermore, Jennifer had actually been to most of the resorts she was recommending and could therefore show me her own photos & give me a lot of insight regarding particular details of what each place is like. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have found her, and I will be referring everyone I know to plan all travels with Jennifer Elliot!!

Great Winter Get Away to the Tropics

Jennifer did a fantastic job of helping us plan our recent trip to Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic. She recommended the VIP private transfers to the resort which actually made us feel like we were VIPs. We were met at the plane and whisked away in a golf cart to a private area of the airport while our bags were collected.Casa de Campo is a huge resort, and she had made arrangements in advance for restaurants, golf and other activities.
I recommend her highly. The only reason she received 5 stars above is they will not permit 6-star reviews.

A Desert Work Trip with an Oasis

The best thing I can say about Jennifer is that she made travel easy. She got us a beautiful room in a hotel with excellent restaurants and amenities. We returned from the days work to an oasis with grand views and fine food.

Jennifer went above and beyond to accommodate our changed schedule! She provided us with backpacks before we left -- these were lifesavers on our excursions! I would not book another trip unless I used Jennifer as our agent!

Casa de Campo adventure

Jennifer made all travel arrangements for three couples celebrating my husband’s birthday. She also took care of reserving all the different restaurants and daily excursions at the resort. She arranged for a surprise upgrade of our room and a bottle of champagne when we arrived. She also made sure each restaurant knew it was my husband’s birthday celebration. When there was a little hick-up with our airport transfers, she contacted the agency to make sure the issue was corrected for our return trip and even got them to reduce their fee! And although the problem we had was not her fault, she still sent each couple a lovely gift and card. She reminded us to check in for our flights and notified us of any changes. I have never had a travel agent who was so thorough, and checked every detail to make our vacation wonderful and worry free. I would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone who wants to be pampered and know that every detail of your trip will be taken care of!
