If you go on your own, you end up flying through Atlanta or Dallas--a much longer flight experience. Erin planned every aspect of this trip for us, with our input. We have talked extensively about our trip, and agree it was amazing! We loved the boutique hotel in Corfu, the three -day land portion with the Windstar group, and the cruise on Wind Surf. I never wanted to cruise on a large ship, and Wind Surf was perfect. We loved the ship, the restaurants, and our room, though small, had plenty of room and storage for the time spent there. Our much needed, month long trip through Ireland, Scotland and England was beautifully corrdinated by Erin. She worked closely with us to go from our intial itinerary ideas to a final travel plan that was detailed, organized and perfect in every respect. Erin is the best! We have used her experience over and over from Disney World, to cruises and excursions. Even though it was a Saturday night, she worked it through to get us on a flight about an hour later and called the transport company in London to reschedule our trip from the airport to the hotel. We were working with a professional from the very start. Our trip, with 6 people, to South Africa was based on an auction win to a safari 3 hours north of Durbin. With Erin's help we added a pre-safari trip to Cape Town (3 days) and Oudtshoorn (2 days). We had wonderful guided tours for both locations and ALL our pick-ups from airports and hotels were on time. Our guides went out of their way to accommodate any whims we had and provided a wealth of info as we asked many questions. Erin has arranged three trips for us. Two to Europe and one to Kauai. She has done an amazing job on all of them. All of the arrangements went off without a hitch . Her knowledge of the areas we have traveled to is top notch. She was invaluable in arranging all of our transportation, accommodations, tours and restaurant. Her recommendations are always spot on. We have made several trips to Hawaii that we have arranged ourselves but she added so much value to the last trip that I can't imagine not having her arrange our next trip. She was particularly helpful with all of the Covid requirements. All of her insights made it very easy for us.

She was very efficient in answering emails and phone calls. She arranged our trip and everything was perfect. She was outstanding in making sure everything was set up. The condo and rental car were perfect. I had issues with a broken foot and she made sure the airline was aware and had wheelchairs waiting when we changed planes and at the final destinations. I would recommend her as a fantastic travel agent.

Erin took great care of us! After we booked our trip the CDC changed their rules to require a negative COVID test to return to the country. I wouldn't have even known about this but Erin informed us of it and communicated with our resort about their policies and found out our tests to return to the US would be covered by them. I didn't have to do a thing. She made everything so easy and made sure all of our questions were answered promptly and accurately. We returned one week ago and I am already in the process of booking our next vacation with Erin.

Erin was excellent. She offered information and suggestions-but also had us tell her what our expectations and goals were for our trip to Italy. The transfer companies she booked were on time and provided professional services. The tour guides were awesome. The accommodations were great and she explained to us the difference in European hotels and American hotels.
The early bookings for the Vatican tour was led by a great guide-Gracelyn and starting early in the day we avoided massive lines-and people in the exhibits.

Erin was absolutely fantastic to work with for our trip to Greece. I gave her our initial expectations for our trip and what I was interested in and she ran with it. She went back and forth with us to build out the perfect plan. She made everything SO easy, all of the travel between islands, all of the details were in order. We actually started working with Erin about a year ago to book our New England/Canada cruise. From the onset she was very attentive to our needs and requests and went above and beyond to ensure all were met. From the planning to the actual vacation, everything was perfect!!! Erin and I chatted on the phone before booking and she really understood what we were looking for. Erin helped us with our honeymoon to Dublin and our 1st year anniversary trip to Paris. I honestly can say that Erin helped us have a beautiful honeymoon and a wonderful 1st trip to Paris. Not only will she help you book your flights and hotels, but she will help figure out your trip schedule! I worked with Erin for few vacations throughout the past couple of years. That includes trip to Hawaii, Cancun, and our latest trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. This was the second trip that Erin helped us plan (the first was our honeymoon to Ireland and Northern Ireland last year) and it was absolutely perfect! Sort of on a whim, I emailed her about a potential trip to Paris for our 1st anniversary and within hours she had already responded with flight information that was half the price I was finding online! She set us up in a great boutique hotel on the left bank, literally 10 minutes from the Louvre. I've already referred Erin to other friends that are traveling abroad (I know at least one couple that she helped after our referral), and will continue to tell anyone that will listen to trust Erin to find the best prices, locations, and activities for any trip you can think of. I cannot overstate how happy we have been with Erin and will continue to coordinate with her for all our travel needs!

Erin helped us with a trip to France this spring, 2017. She helped us book hotels, tours and a car. She sent us a folder with the intinerary, a sheet with all bookings and notes on the order in which to do things that saved us time and money.

The tours she set us up on were incredible and I doubt we would have ever found these on our own. The tour guide, particularly to the Normandy region, was outstanding and literally *made* our trip. I cannot say enough about how great the whole trip was. When you're on a limited time frame and want to see a lot--we could have never planned this and had as good a time as we did without working with Erin.

She also set us up with tickets at the last minute after we had arrived in France.

Erin started helping my husband and I plan a trip to Europe in January of 2014. Over the months leading up to our trip, she was very organized and responsive with all of our trip decisions and questions. She made the process very simple and easy. We were planning on going to London, Paris, and Belgium over Thanksgiving of 2015. Literally the week before we left, the terrorist attacks happened in Paris. We were not comfortable vacationing in Paris so soon after the attacks and Erin helped us make last minute changes to our trip. Then, we arrive in London and began to receive travel alerts from the US government warning us not to travel to Brussels (yes, this trip seemed a little doomed at this point!). Thankfully, we had an amazing travel agent and Erin literally saved and re-planned our trip for us while we were out being tourists in London. We ended up spending the remainder of our trip in Ireland. It was a wonderful experience. Erin went above and beyond for us. She is great at what she does and I would (and will) recommend her to everyone!

My wife and I went to Mexico to celebrate our ten-year anniversary. We've known Erin since our college days, and that's fortunate, because she was terrific throughout the process of helping us select our best destination, resort, details, etc., all within the allotted budget we discussed. She handled all of the major details, plus helped us find a great deal on our all-inclusive package, that I'm almost sure we wouldn't have been able to find, even if we wanted to engage in all the legwork of finding flights, finding a resort, and figuring out all of the other specifics that we weren't really that familiar with, when it comes to international travel. Finest Playa Mujeres was an awesome resort, with excellent food, beverages, activities, and accommodations. I highly recommend it as an all-inclusive resort option for those who might be looking. It's only been about four months since we went on our vacation, but my wife and I are already dreaming of the next opportunity when we'll be able to plan and go on another all-inclusive trip. Erin was great to work with. We had actually contacted her a few years ago about a possible trip. She did all the leg work and we ended up backing out. She was very gracious and understanding so we contacted her again this past fall to help us with an upcoming trip.
