Oh my gosh!! We have never used anyone for our traveling needs but when we decided to go on our first Disney Cruise, somehow my husband John contacted Lisa about this trip that was to take place October of 2022 and he surprised me on Christmas morning 2021. From that day forward, I must have contacted Lisa at least 25 times in 10 months, probably more. I was nervous and excited and had so many questions about taking a cruise. She suggested we swim with the dolphins in Mexico and we also went parasailing at Castaway Cay. Lisa always answered my phone calls, emails and txt with such importance. Right up until a week before our vacation, I was texting and emailing her. Lisa was so gracious and patient, she never made me/us feel like a bother!! She’s the best!! I still email her every now and then just to keep in touch. I have recommended her to my daughters and friends just in case they needed the best travel agent around.
