With 10 years of experience in the travel industry, I have developed a deep knowledge of all things Disney, from theme parks to cruises to resorts. This is in addition to visiting the parks and cruising at least once a year! Every family is unique, and I work closely with each client to tailor their Disney vacation to their specific needs and interests. Whether it's a romantic getaway for two, a multigenerational family reunion, or a magical trip with young children, my goal is making sure that every detail is taken care of so that clients can simply relax and enjoy the magic of Disney. I’ve used Jen as my travel agent for many years and she always gets me the best prices. Beyond that, the service you get with her is incredible. We had a small issue on a trip with the hotel not having something they advertised and we mentioned it to Jen just to let her know and she ended up getting us an upgraded hotel ten minutes later and it was amazing.

Our experience of booking our Disney trip with a Jen was fabulous. We originally planned to go on our trip before covid shut things down so we had to change our date a few times but but when we finally got to go she made our trip so easy. Booking with Jen Morrison was a fantastic decision. My family wanted to try an Akaskan cruise. Not only was Jen extremely knowledgeable with cruises, but also the diffent cruise lines and the benefits of each. We chose to go on the Disney Cruise Line. Jen was great with letting us know what we needed for customs (it sails out of Vancouver Canada), helped us choose the perfect room (a Navigator Verandah that blocks some wind but still offers incredible views), and filled us in on all of the special things that Disney Cruises offer. It was probably the best trip of our lives and Jen made it so unbelievably easy (instead of a little bit scary). We made some magnificent memories and will always use Jen as our Travel Agent.

Jen makes everything a breeze! If we want to stay budget friendly she keeps up very cost efficient. When we want to splurge she helps us that way too. She checks in on our trip, and any questions we ever have are answered instantly. She’s the best! We have used Jen for our last two trips, and are currently in the middle of booking our honeymoon cruise with her.
