Greetings! I am Erin Geiger, a travel agent here at Travel by Design. Like many of you, I assumed that my first trip to Walt Disney World was a “one time” trip. After planning my first Disney Vacation, I was hooked on vacation planning. My family returns to Disney World year after year just because I enjoying the planning phase of the vacation so much! There are so many things you can do and see that each trip is a unique experience. That desire to plan is what brought me to the agency, and I want to help you make your own magical memories.
If you choose me as your travel agent, I promise to listen to your wants and needs; if you can dream it, I can design it for you. I am very detail oriented, and my attention to detail will help you plan the perfect trip. While Disney Destinations are my area of expertise, don’t misunderstand – I am happy to help you with ALL your travel needs. I am ready to discover the rest of the world along side you, and I am happy to take on any travel requests you may have.

Working with Erin has been a wonderful experience. She took her knowledge of Disney and our inexperience with travel and made our trip fabulous! Erin was introduced to me by another one of her clients and I am so glad I got the referral! Erin responded to my introductory email within minutes, not knowing who the heck I was or what I wanted :) And that quick response time remained throughout the entire process. Erin helped us find the perfect dates, the perfect rates, and the perfect resort in Mexico. I have never gotten answers back more quickly from any other agency I have ever used.

Erin is hands down the most amazing travel agent!! She has done an incredible job helping my fiance and me plan our group honemoon. Erin helped us find the perfect all inclusive hotel that fits our budget and has all the amenities we wanted! She has done a phenomenal job making our planning process easy. Juggling 50 people at once can't be easy, but she's quick to respond to any questions, efficient at multitasking, very organized, honest, and she is super friendly!! This isn't the first time I've used her for her services and it definitely won't be the last. I would absolutely refer her to anyone knowing she won't give them anything less than a perfect experience!!

This is my family's first time to Disney. I started looking and researching online one night and booked a room and plane tickets. But I didn't know what to do from there. Every site told me the same things - everything at Disney is great and you have to experience it all. I don't have Disney experience, I'm a full-time working mom with limited to no time to research on the side, and I want this trip to be memorable!! I talked to Erin and she said she would take it from there. I told her the age of the kids, we are first timers, and I don't want options, just recommendations. And she did just that. Within one day, I had everything booked that I needed. I have all the confidence that it's going to be a great first trip!

Erin did an amazing job in helping with information regarding Disney! She was extremely helpful with meal plan ideas and how to use FastPasses. She is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable with your planning. Definitely a huge stress relief to have Erin help plan your trip!

My travel agent that I had used for years suddenly had some family emergencies and could not accommodate me with planning my trip. I have known Erin, but I had no idea she was a travel agent. She offered to help me, although she had never been to Mexico before, nor had she planned a trip for someone there. She was hands down awesome!!! I can't say enough. I was indecisive, and she totally worked with us. We had two couples going on this trip and she did a wonderful job of putting the entire thing together. She did her research for us and gave us a ton of options.....from the flights to the transfers to the hotel. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. She was detailed and very fast at returning emails and phone calls. I will use Erin for all of my travel needs from here on out! I trust her 100%

I'd been putting off my family's Disney trip because it just seemed so confusing to navigate - I mean, there are entire websites devoted to making your trip to Disney a good one, and I was pretty sure I was going to mess it up. Enter Erin: from day one, she made the planning easy, thinking of things I wouldn't have thought of until I got there (and it was too late to fix them!), getting to know my family and what my girls would like. I know if we had planned it ourselves, it would have been a stressful disaster (my husband is not exactly a calm guy), but the entire family enjoyed nearly every second of the trip because of Erin's help.

Erin is amazing! She knows Disney so well. She will definitely plan the trip of your family's dreams. The best part about working with her is that she wants to plan YOUR trip, not her trip. Other agents I've worked with have not been as receptive listening to what my family's needs and likes are. Our budget was not huge, and she worked around that, which made the planning process way less stressful. She's willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want! We will definitely be booking with her again!

Stress Free Planning!

Erin planned my upcoming family vacation to VA. In addition to our vacation, we have a wedding to attend and my husband has a work conference. There were just too many things to think about and that is where Erin came into our equation. I was able to h?a?n?d? ?o?v?e?r? ?m?y? ?s?t?r?e?s?s? give her my information from what we all wanted to do, liked to do, enjoyed to eat and our budget. She was more than accommodating with all of our wants and needs. From a fishing experience for my husband (the outdoorsy type) to a visit to Colonial Williamsburg for me (the history lover) and add in a day at Busch Gardens for my children (carefree & fun loving), we are all very excited to say the least. This is the first vacation in a very long time where I know I can sit back and enjoy it all because all the planning and preparations have been done for me.
Erin made sure to cover everything and managed to take a very unique & somewhat stressful situation and turn it into a vacation that we are all looking forward to! She managed to make me feel like a friend that she knows very well, while at the same time being very professional. I will be turning to her again for our upcoming trip to FL for sure!
