As always the trip was great. The accommodations were superb. The location of the hotel and access to other sites (such as eating, shopping and sight seeing) was excellent. First time in Las Vegas so it was very exciting because I've never seen such large hotels. Every hotel had everything you needed without leaving if you chose to do that

Details are not my strong suit but they are with Nita. She thought of everything and made sure I had all options and activities to choose from. She left nothing to chance and as a result my vacation was perfect from start to finish. I had no stress during the planning process and felt 100% prepared for my trip. With all that is happening with Covid, there are so many more requirements and processes and had I booked on my own I would most definitely have run into major issues. NIta plans my family's annual Christmas vacation and every year she exceed my expectations. I travel with two small children and she makes sure everything goes smoothly for us. From the moment we step off the airplane, EVERYTHING has been arranged. Airport transportation, hotels, tickets to events, even dinner reservations all are on our mobile itinerary that she provides. We had the best time! I live in Georgia and my friend lives in New York! Nita was able to plan the trip so perfectly where our departing and returning flights were in minutes of each other. I searched online for someone to help me with my wedding on a cruise and to make a long story short, my wedding website is live, I have already reserved my suite, and everything is moving faster than I anticipated. All of this was done within a week. The tricky part is that she is always traveling but once you are able to make contact things will move quickly. And she works from whatever destination she is in. Her response to me was, "Thank you for your patience - I can't call myself a travel professional and never travel". She rocks!

The entire trip was an awesome experience from the flight, car rental, to the hotel stay. Delta Airlines were on time for departure and returning flight. We receive an upgrade on the car rental, just because we were nice and patient. (We had to pay taxes on the rental car when we got there, they say it was not included when the trip was planned). The Me Miami Hotel was to die for....top notch hotel, service was always on point, the staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly. We were informed by our agent that there was an additional fee for parking daily and we were okay with that.
Will definitely use your service again and recommend to friends.

I explained that I needed something affordable, so I definitely didn't expect the surprise that I rec'd...Later that evening I saw exciting news for a trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico!!!! My agent is the best! We missed our flight to Cancun and called her and she made everything right. She rearranged our ground transportation ,contact the resort to inform them, rebooked our flights and it was done within 30 min tops.
