While planning one of my dream adventures to Paris, France and London, England, I knew that I needed to rely on a travel advisor. As I worked with a friend throughout the process to create my itinerary, we both thought that working as a travel professional would be the perfect fit for me. The trip I took was PERFECT from start to finish. I came back and said, "If I can provide for other people, what you just provided for me, sign me up!!"Not only am I passionate about traveling, but I genuinely love to make other people happy.
Now, after over 8+ years working as a travel advisor, I can say with sincerity that the most fulfilling part of my job is that I have an opportunity to play a role in creating lifelong vacation memories for others. - I'm an experienced well traveled advisor who loves to learn about new destinations and is dedicated to continuing my education in the industry. For example, I am an expert in booking trips to Europe and Mexico. I provide my clients with the best service possible, I have embarked on 5 different familiarization trips to Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta and beyond. This has allowed me to explore over 60 different resorts and vacation properties. This experience and knowledge is passed on directly to my clients, who are able to trust the recommendations and tips that I provide! In Europe, I've visited more then 6 countries to date. I know about Italy, Prague, Budapest and Munich particularly well and would love to share my knowledge with you. October 2018, I visited 30+ hotels in Italy.
- I'm known for my ability to tackle any crisis. The fact of the matter is, things happen while you are away. I'm available and ready to assist in any unexpected situation. I've helped my clients deal with disappointing room assignments, assisted them with issues regarding their flight times and seat assignments, and provided aid to travelers who become sick while abroad. My goal is to solve any crisis as quickly as possible in order to ensure that my clients are enjoying their vacations at all times.

50th wedding anniversary trip

Kimberlee Evans and I worked well together in planning my (and hubby's) 50th wedding anniversary trip. We had a total of 15 in our group (including 6 kids ranging in age from 5 to 16). She was aware of the many needs of such a large group with many different ages and kept this in mind as we made our plans. Kimberlee was especially prompt in responding to my phone calls. Any issues were addressed immediately. She kept me abreast of ongoing plans and notified me when things were finalized. Best of all she was so sweet on the phone. Always upbeat and polite focusing on me and my vacation.. All in all, I would use Kimberlee again in planning a trip such as this.

Truly lifelong memory trips

Kimberlee has organized two "life memory" trips for me. The first was a trip to Argentina with my two sons celebrating their high school and college graduations respectively. A trip with multiple legs and movements through Buenos Aires, Cordoba and Chile with a flawless return to DFW.
The most recent trip for my wife and me to Napa was perfect. Airfare and ground arrangements were perfect.

Kimberlee was fantastic, she really listened to what we needed with regards to our trip and then over delivered! We traveled to Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Andorra and Rome over a 17 day period. All transfers, tours and lodging were perfect. As my oldest daughter requires a wheelchair for long distances I was thrilled to see that her needs where taken into account without hesitation. It really meant a lot to us to not have to worry about logistics and focus on the locations and each other!

Stunning Swiss & French Alps Family Trip

Kimberlee has planned 3 trips for us. Most recently she planned our family trip to the French and Swiss Alps! We had an amazing vacation. Kimberlee always selects wonderful boutique hotels that are centrally located. We also love the private transfer she arranges as well as the excursions.Last time Kimberlee planned my mother-in-laws 70th birthday trip to Jamaica. Great River Cruise!

Kimberlee helped my family of 5 plan a Danube River cruise over Christmas Break. She was very knowledgeable and gave us tons of helpful tips for traveling at this busy time of the year. Our transfers went off without a hitch and the cruise was amazing! We loved seeing all the sights and the food was incredible – a big plus with three teenagers! River cruising seems to be known more as a vacation for older travelers, but there were several families with teenagers and young adults on our ship. Thanks for the memories!

Kimberlee made this trip so easy for us, that my only regret is not working with her sooner. Travel planning frustrates the hell out of me, and Kimberlee took ALL of that away. We met her when we worked a destination wedding a few years ago, and she suggested this place for our family vacation. We just trusted her and went with it and she took care of EVERYTHING for us. Not only was the resort the perfect place for our family of 6, she was incredible with negotiating a reschedule for us (keeping the full value of our trip) and scoring us an incredible spot to stay on the property. Trip to Italy and Croatia

We used Kimberlee to help us plan a trip to Italy and Croatia for my parents' 45th anniversary. It was an 11 day trip, and we traveled to 3 destinations in Italy and 2 in Croatia. Kimberlee meticulously planned each aspect of the trip, including hotels, transfers between destinations and even locally to various excursions, as well as all of our daily tours. Each hotel we stayed in was in a prime location, situated well to tourist sites, restaurants, shops, etc. Having all of our transfers pre-planned took all the stress out of being in foreign countries and unsure of where to go or how to get there. Each and every tour or excursion was wonderful, with all of our guides friendly and so very knowledgeable. Kimberlee was so easy to work with, open to my suggestions and/or requests and offered a much-needed expert's perspective on how to maximize our time on such a special trip. I can't recommend her highly enough, and we are already planning to use her for another trip soon!

Kimberlee has planned quite a lot of our vacations. She is wonderful to work with. I never feel like I am putting her out when I call or email her. The PERFECT Honeymoon!

Kimberlee was organized and efficient and made our entire trip seamless. We started our trip in Rome with a private tour of the Vatican, golf cart tour, Coliseum tour and a day trip to Pompeii. Everything including transportation was planned on a daily basis with instructions for each day. We then took the train to Florence where Kimberlee and her team had arranged a past tasting and other tours. Our days for our family of 5 were full and busy and we were able to see many of the most popular sites. It was a great first trip for our teenagers to experience Italy! We then moved on to Spain where we went to Barcelona and Madrid. Again, the planning was impeccable. We just don't have time to plan and research a trip so it was wonderful to have her help. It was a fantastic couple of weeks and we can't wait to travel again!

Kimberlee is a rockstar! My wife and I got married 3 years ago during COVID and never had the chance to take a Honeymoon. This fall we finally got the chance to take the trip of a lifetime and Kimberlee made sure that it was absolutely perfect. Longtime Dream Vacation Come True!

After many surgery delays, Covid interruptions, and even Trafalgar cancellation, I finally got to take my dream vacation to Ireland and Scotland. Kimberlee was so helpful to organize all the details, plus a few airline reschedules. The first time I spoke to her I felt so at ease that I knew I was going to have a lot of pressure relieved. We met a couple of times to get all my questions answered and purchase the trip. She is so friendly and eager to help. I was so impressed that she called me at the deadline to finish the extra charges that were due. It looked as though everything was a go. She arranged wheelchair service for my flights. That was a lifesaver, especially since my bus tour physically wore me out. After I recovered some, remembering the experience made it all worth it to check that big trip off my bucket list. Now I can scrapbook the trip! All the preparation over five long years was certainly worth it. I am grateful to my friend Kimberlee’s expertise and assistance.

Finally - A Trip to Italy (Postponed from 2020)

Kimberlee and her team are awesome to work with! We had planned this trip to Italy in June of 2020 and postponed it twice due to the pandemic. We finally decided to go for it in late summer/early fall of 2022 and the wait was completely worth it. Kimberlee put together a fantastic itinerary for us that included just the right amount of sight seeing and activities in Rome and Florence, as well as the perfect amount of downtime in the Amalfi coast towards the end of the trip. Kimberlee and her team were incredibly responsive to questions while we were traveling and very creative when things came up (as they always do) that required some workarounds. This 10-day trip was one of the most memorable we've ever taken and Kimberlee's guidance, attentiveness and planning resulted in an amazing experience for us. We're already looking forward to working with her on our next trip abroad!
