The ultimate travel agent that became a good friend to Jo & me. This was on my wife’s bucket list, not mine. But I agreed to go, kicking and screaming all the way! Much to my surprise, it turned out to be one of my favorite adventures, & have been on many. Sheri smoothed out all the possible problems that could & did occur, even when I forgot to close out an account at one of our hotels! She is unruffable! !

This was a once -in-a-lifetime family vacation to Hawaii. I am not a planner. It was great to rely on Sheri for all the details. Everything she scheduled went off without a hitch. When one reflects back on their lives we think of the memories and experiences we have that bring us great joy and that is what this trip provided. 'This was a special trip for my husband and I to celebrate my retirement. We had the most memorable trip from start to finish and that was made possible by our phenomenal travel agent Sheri Clarke. Sheri was with us every step of the way on the trip and I lieterally mean "every step". From the beginning stages of contacting her about our desire to travel the Rhine to the arriving home from the airport Sheri was there. Our Dream European Vacation

Sheri took the time to ask the right questions to get a feel for what our family wanted out of our European vacation. It was the first time for three of the four of us and she met and exceeded our wishes! She balanced our trip with history, culture, fun and time to just explore on our own and have sufficient down time to rest. We wouldn’t have had the experience we had without Sheri’s help and we are already thinking of where we want to travel next…and Sheri will be planning it! We got home last night and our 18 year old daughter texted us this morning that she was sad to awake and realize she didn’t have a walking tour in Europe to go on and thanked us for a trip she could have only imagined in her dreams. My wife and I traveled to Europe to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was an amazing trip! We appreciate everything Sheri did for us. From listening to our requests, to fulfilling all our wants, she really came through. Sheri was integral in helping us decide which river cruise line to cruise with-we weren’t let down. Sheri’s expertise was also crucial for us feeling comfortable traveling to foreign countries. We never felt alone-Sheri was available 24/7 if we had any concerns. The AXUS app was amazing. We knew what was going on, and who to meet up with each day of our trip (we had extra days in Amsterdam, Budapest and Prague with lots of moving parts). Sheri made certain we knew exactly where we needed to be each day, and the private tour guides and transportation were always there when we expected. We so very much appreciate Sheri. Her can do attitude and enthusiasm were infectious. I recommend her completely for all travel needs.

Our Norway trip was spectacular! We went for the Northern Lights, but it was so much more. Traveling the fjords was beautiful with the mountains surrounding us. The small towns we stopped in were so charming, and the locals were very friendly. We enjoyed experiencing the Polar Night for several days. We did see the Northern Lights twice; it could have been more if there hadn't been so many clouds. We were so glad that we went on the King Crab and North Cape excursion. Hurtigruten gives you the feeling that they are experienced traveling the fjords. The staff shared the most interesting information along with things to do and see at every stop. There was a special ceremony where passengers were presented with certificates after crossing the Arctic Circle. We felt like our room was the perfect location on the ship. The ship was always well kept with friendly staff. And, of course, the food and drink were superb. Thanks for all your assistance organizing this trip

Sheri Clarke made our trip-of-a-lifetime to the Holy Land an amazing experience at every level. In the planning stages of the trip, she expertly handled all of the details (that included two COVID-caused reschedulings) for our group of 42 travelers, and she ensured that every base was covered and every question was answered. She made preparation for international travel easy, even when the world was in turmoil.During the trip, Sheri was amazing. She communicated clearly with the travelers, and she worked incredibly well with every supplier or provider (airline, hotel, tour provider, in-country transportation, etc.) to ensure everything went smoothly and any issues were resolved as quickly as possible. Her diligence allowed us to focus on the trip itself, and that was such a blessing.
Additionally, Sheri went out of her way to connect personally with every single one of us, and she made everyone feel special. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Sheri booked an all-inclusive trip to Mexico in June 2013 and June 2015 for my husband and I. From the point of booking to getting back home - we did not have one issue with either trip. Everything was outlined as expected, communicated efficiently, and never had a single issue while traveling to or from the destination or while at the destination! Sheri has also arranged a 20 day travel to Istanbul thru Barcelona for my parents and it was flawless, too!They had a WONDERFUL time. I recommend Sheri for ALL of your travel needs. Sheri Clarke. WOW. I don't even know where to begin writing this review. Sheri is truly a gift from the travel Gods. I am a HUGE planner and rarely trust anyone else to handle important things such as our honeymoon. But with the overwhelming planning of a wedding I had to let go. I am so glad I did. She was OVERLY accommodating with all my emails, requests, questions and changes...I have told everyone I know that I will NEVER plan a vacation again. Sheri will be my go to from now on. Not only did she plan an EPIC 2 week trip to Europe under budget but the day we left for the wedding changed a few days to accommodate a last minute work trip in France. She not only made the changes but did so while moving into her new house. Super woman. She is super woman. I could write a novel about Sheri and how amazing she is but I hope to prove her worth and pay her back for her hard work and customer service with word of mouth new business and repeat bookings in the future. Best Honeymoon

We are SO grateful to Sheri and PictureThisTravel for helping us to plan & coordinate our wonderful honeymoon. We had the most unbelievable trip, and Sheri made the process as stress-free and painless as possible. Flying out of our home in Chicago, we were interested in visiting the Maldives & wanted to make a stop along the way. Sheri worked closely with us to look at options and, ultimately, we decided to visit a couple of locations in Thailand before making our way to the Maldives island. During our trip, we received 5-star service at each of the resorts/hotels that Sheri helped us to book (and at almost each hotel we received complementary upgrades for “the honeymooners”), and we were so happy to have private transportation chartered to and from each airport. The local guides that Sheri had coordinated for our visits were so friendly and helpful – we will definitely be using Sheri for our future travels! She always does her research to find the most interesting things to do at every stop and her timing is the greatest, lots of things were getting ready to close for the season, but we made it just fine under the wire...a week later and we would have missed them. Sheri helped us plan our Alaskan sea and land adventure we just took in June. We gave Sheri our criteria, she researched and came back with the 3 options that fit our criteria for us to choose from. Also, Sheri obtained as many trip perks for us with the vendor that were available. Anytime we had questions or concerns she took care of it quickly and efficiently. She's always plesant and a joy to work with.
In addition, she planned the annual meeting trips for years for the company I retired from. The trips were unique and lot's of fun but fit the business criteria the company requested. Sheri was always on site at registration to insure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Sheri for both business meeting trips and definately for personnal trips.
