With over 25 years experience in the travel industry, I decided to specialize in honeymoons and destination weddings. I became a certified Sandals specialist and Wedding/ Honeymoon specialist. Taking my certification class every year and actively visiting resorts improves my knowledge of Sandals and Beaches and helps when I am working with my clients planning their honeymoon or wedding. Sizes of weddings have been from just the bride and groom up to 81 guests. I have enjoyed each and every one of my stays at various Sandals resorts but my favorite has to be Emerald Bay at Great Exuma, Bahamas. As an avid golfer, I was immediately drawn into the spectacular Greg Norman course featuring six holes along the ocean. With miles of walk-able beaches containing the purest white sand and a view of ocean speckled with 65 shades of turquoise, this resort will leave you speechless. My passion for wedding planning truly started at home. As the mother of two boys I never had the opportunity to help plan a wedding. I longed for this experience and found an affinity for wedding planning when it came to my travel clients. I get to know my clients and build an incredibly important trust relationship with them. By pairing everything that they want with my experience, we plan their dream day. Before attending travel school in 1995, I spent 22 years as a high school teacher. Many of those summers were spent traveling to Europe, South America and Asia. All of my past clients have been referrals which has been a wonderful opportunity to work with multiple generations of families.
