I have been in a travel agent for over 30 years helping people plan their vacations to all corners of the world. I have extensive knowledge in planning incredible and memorable vacations.
I am originally from England and enjoy planning trips there for couples, families and small groups. On my recent trip in 2016 I visited Stonehenge again, stayed in the Cotswold's and enjoyed going back to Bath, visiting the Roman pump rooms and the shopping in the city. I am very confident in selling the United Kingdom and the City of London. For the first time to visit I suggest booking a tour, especially if you want to see the countryside, castles and thatched cottages.
Visiting Europe is exciting I love to go to Italy, I have been there several times. The beautiful Almalfi Coast with its hillside homes and shops, the ancient cities of Rome, Florence and Venice. Last time I was there I stayed in Tuscany. I took my Granddaughters with me they loved it especially Rome, the visit to Pompeii and its the ancient ruins, and the art of Florence.
My cruise experience comes from over 50 cruises including Regent Seven Seas, Azamara Club, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Princess, and many others. I am a Master Cruise Counsellor (MCC), Princess Commodore and a Pearls agent for the Paul Gauguin.
A fantastic way to see Europe especially for the first time is to take a cruise. Many ships depart from Barcelona, Rome, Venice and Southampton, getting a taste of the places you have always wanted to visit. You can always go back and stay for a longer time. Cruises are great as your hotel moves with you every night and you only have to unpack once.
One of my favorite sailings is from Rome, visiting Athens, and Greek Islands and ending in Venice, Italy.
I took a small group to Tahiti and sailed on the Paul Gauguin from Pape'ete., visiting Bora Bora and Moorea, the Islands were gorgeous with fantastic scenery and beaches. I had had been to Moorea before and stayed for 7 nights. Such a peaceful and beautiful island
Sailing on Azamara Club Cruise Line, visiting Scandinavia and St. Petersburg and seeing the wealth of the Czars and the Palaces and the Hermitage was exciting.
A lot of the cruise lines sail in Alaska visiting the small towns. Since I went there I have booked many people on 7 day cruises. A great way of seeing Alaska is to do the land package from Fairbanks, Denali Park and Anchorage and then joining a southbound cruise to Vancouver. I think that anyone who has interested in going should go as soon as possible, as you know, the glaciers are melting.
I went on Princess Cruises several times and particularly recommend them for Alaska cruise. I am a Commodore with them. However, many other cruise lines now offer Alaska cruises but not as extensive as Princess. I also recommend a tour with the cruise to see the largest mountain in North America in the Denali National Park.
Hawaii and the Caribbean- I have been to quiet a few times. I enjoy visiting the Islands of Hawaii and tell my clients what I think they would be best from what they tell me they would like to do and see. Each island is different.
Cancun and Playa del Carmen -I have been going there for abut 40 years and am very familiar with the hotel properties and book people each year.
Thailand was amazing I really enjoyed Bangkok and Phuket. I visited James Bond Island and Pei Pei Island.
I have had the experience of taking small groups Egypt, incredible History seeing the pyramids and visiting Luxor, the site ancient of Thebes. Cruised the Nile and stayed in the Old Cataracts Hotel in Aswan. On the same trip we visited Petra in Jordan and Jerusalem.
China - I took a tour which I highly recommend, I advise people who have never been to another country to do that. Tour started in Bejing, went to the Great Wall, Xian to see the Terracotta Army and a river cruise to the new dam and ended with a trip to Bangkok.
I am very passionate about travel and have found people around the world to be very friendly and hospitable.
Photographic Safaris- I have been on in Kenya and Tanzania, I took a small group of 10 people, how fantastic it was to see the animals so close up and yes we saw the big 5. And, I have taken two other groups to the same places. Have 5ft giraffe to prove it. We stayed in Tented Camps and some great properties. The people were fantastic. I also have sent guests to South Africa, Capetown, Johannasburg and safari camps and also to Victoria Falls.
I have been a Disneyworld specialist for 10 years and book several trips a year for clients. Disney is a destination or cruise for the Young-at-Heart. The cleanest place on earth- swept with pixie dust and magic wands. I am a Disney Specialist.
