Our recent cruise to the Caribbean could have been an extreme disaster if it hadn't of been for Shari's expertise. Shari has been on so many cruises herself that she practically knows every state room every show and every destination that we want to go to. Shari always has "local" knowledge at Ports of Call so that you can enjoy things that other people will never even know about. Our last cruise, Shari made sure that we all had trip and medical insurance for those "just in case: moments. As it turned out, our ship had to return to the Bahama's for a medical emergency that put us 7 hours behind in our ships itinerary. Thankfully the medical reason wasn't for someone in our family but, we experienced first hand what it would be like to have a medical emergency at sea and no insurance. Shari also warned us that we chose a week that was right smack in the middle of hurricane season and that the ships, at all costs, would not sail into a hurricane if at all possible. Our ship was already delayed and by the time the cruise line decided on what to do, a tropical storm had developed near our next destination and we were rerouted 900 miles away. Our family has used Shari every single time we have wanted to go cruising. Here knowledge, her professionalism and constant little reminders on what to pack, when to do and what to do make these trips delightful.
