Marybeth Bryant did an outstanding job coordinating our riverboat trip.
She reviewed the company we were traveling with to make sure we would be happy with it. This was the first riverboat cruise for all five couples. She coordinated the accommodations and itineraries and planned with our interests and schedules a priority. She found ways for us to save costs that we weren't aware of. Once we booked the trip with Marybeth last Fall, we all relaxed knowing we were in good hands. She followed up as needed so that we were all ready for our adventure.
She booked the airline travel and kept us informed when the airline changed its departure times.

I'm from Michigan, but wanted an Alaska cruise expert (my first cruise and my first time in Alaska). Marybeth helped us book a river cruise that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the death of one of our traveling companions. Even though our trip was cancelled, she was very gracious and helpful with the cancellation/refund process. We decided our first trip to Hawaii should be on the Norwegian Cruise around the islands. Marybeth helped plan every facit and we loved the cards waiting for us at the hotel and when we got home. Having never been to Cancun with it's over whelming number of all inclusive hotels, she found out are wants and narrowed the choices down to a handful.
