I can never truly express my gratitude for the countless trips to Disney, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove and Sea World that Karolyn has facilitated for my family. We were provided with itineraries filled with fun from swimming with dolphins to light saber battles with Darth Vader….Some with months of planning and some with only a few weeks…each one was even more perfect then the last with Karolyn’s attention to detail and her overall passion for travel.

I can’t even begin to express our gratitude for Karolyn at Enchanted Destinations. She made both of our Disney trips full of a lifetime of memories without the worry of planning the trip details! From the moment we arrived to the time we left, everything was planned perfectly and knew that if we had any problems she was a phone call away! We have already started thinking about our next trip! Just got back from our first Carnival cruise to the Bahamas! Thank you to Karolyn for assisting us in planning our first cruise! We had a blast and can't wait to book another one!!

Karolyn was amazing! She listened to everything we said in what we wanted for a vacation and she recommended the BEST destination we have ever been to. This was our first trip to a Sandals resort, and we cannot say enough good things about the trip. It was beyond our expectations in every way. Curaçao is stunningly beautiful. Planning my family's first Disney vacation seemed overwhelming and daunting, as everyone and their neighbor wanted to give advice. But Karolyn was able to take away all the stress of the planning process - she booked our hotel, booked our meals, and gave us lots of tips in navigating the park. The only thing we had to do was have fun...AND WE DID...it was the BEST vacation we ever took. She went above and beyond what I would expect from a travel agent, and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone seeking a great vacation (and I have). Vacations are meant to be enjoyable, and so many times the stress of planning overshadows the fun -- but Karolyn took all the stress out of it. We couldn't have done it without her.

This was our second vacation that Karolyn has planned for our family. I realize that we can plan it ourselves BUT it is so nice to have Karolyn plan our trips. Karolyn is very familiar with all of the activities/restaurants/options available at Disney for the whole family from the 1-yr-old to the grandparents! She made several suggestions and reserved several activities that we would not have known of, had she not suggested them. We had a small issue with the hotel room due to an error the hotel staff made, I contacted Karolyn and she responded immediately and helped us remedy the situation. I highly recommend Karolyn to anyone planning a vacation and we plan to have her book our 2016 vacation as well!

I had specific wants for our Disney World / Universal Studios vacation. Karolyn answered all of my questions (day after day) and was very understanding when I made itinerary changes (day after day). All of our dinner reservations were exactly what I asked for. I wanted great food, fast paced days and comfortable hotels. All of Karolyn's suggestions were spot on; from meals to lodging to activities. For a mom, a well planned trip is stress free...I felt great, confident and was able to enjoy my family. For this, I have Karolyn to thank!!! I recommend her to anyone who has expectations for their vacation.

I had promised all my grandchildren when they turned 10 years old I would take them to Disney. By George, low and behold, my oldest granddaughter Kyleigh did and I had to keep to my promise. I did not even know where to begin. Karolyn was a Godsend. I have never been on a trip before that I was the only adult and solely responsible for everything. I was made aware that Karolyn could help me. Well, help me she did. She planned my entire trip, from what days in Disney were open the longest and what she thought Kyleigh would be most interested in to fast track rides of our choosing, , to dinner reservations, even to explain the bus system. She planned each day for us, told me where to start in the park and what time she had our fast track rides, dinner reservations etc. We were organized, made our way around the entire park ended up exactly as she had planned. Truly, all I had to do was follow her planned schedule each day and we were good to go. Kyleigh and I had a blast. My only complaint is that Karolyn encouraged me to be "adventurous" and go on the Mt. Everest ride. Well, I am afraid of heights, but hey when in Rome, right?? Well I think that ride took 10 years off my life. Won't do that again, but boy oh boy, Kyleigh thought that was hysterical, seeing her Gramdma terrified, it was her best ride. We laugh about it now but I guarantee when the next one of my grand kids Nick, turns 10 I a not going on that ride again!

This was our first time as a family and not knowing what to expect Karolyn made our trip amazing. From the hotel, wrist bands to the food, rides and attractions she made our trip one we will remember forever. We will do it again next year!! Thanks for everything!

My husband and I have visited Walt Disney World more than ten times, and we have tried a variety of ways to plan including travel agents. We have never had a better experience than we did with Karolyn. She responded to all of our questions, brought choices to our attention that we did not know we had, made all of our reservations for us at the earliest possible moment, gave great suggestions as to hotel/restaurant/fast pass choices, and took care of even the tiniest details. She responded immediately to our seemingly endless questions via email, and she was very pleasant to speak with over the phone. She will be planning our next WDW trip as well, and we have already spoken to her about planning other trips we might consider. I would highly recommend her for all of your travel agent needs.

Karolyn did an amazing job planning our trip to Disney. There were 6 of us traveling (of all different ages). Karolyn managed to plan a trip that exceeded all of our expectations. It was the first time any of us had been to Disney World so her planning and advice was instrumental in making our family vacation a huge success. She was knowledgeable in all the amenities that the cruise ship had to offer. She was available to answer all my questions leading up to the trip anytime I called her. When we weren't able to get our first dining selection time, she notified us as soon as a spot opened up so we could change our dining time to the one we preferred. My husband and I took our 2 children to Disney for the first time this year!! It was our children's favorite vacation and a huge part of that is due to Karolyn. She was fantastic in helping up plan our vacation. She recommended which parks we should go to which days. Karolyn went above and beyond to make sure my daughters first trip to Disney was magical. I left everything in Karolyn's hands and I couldn't have asked for a better trip!!! Every day was planned out for us from parks, to dining, to rides, etc. She stayed up thru the night to be sure she got the fast passes she felt each one of my children would enjoy - she couldn't have been more spot on! She checked in with us while we were there and even handled a billing issue (that wasn't her fault) after we returned home. The knowledge she has and shares with her clients can't be beat! She also gave me tips on saving airline fair along with helping my little one have the best experience with her first time flying. I will definitely be using Karolyn again in the future.

Third time using enchanted destinations, never thought it could get better but it did! Wow, we had everything taken care of and were always notified of new events. My wife was really happy because she had no planning to do. I always have tons of questions, and emails and texts were returned as quick as could be. Even in the middle of the night because I work night shift. I think Karolyn got tired of me always thanking her lol! We go to Disney and universal every two years and I just hope she is still working there when we go next time. Great experience!!

Karolyn makes planning a trip fun and easy! She has booked the last 4 Disney cruises we have taken and they have all been wonderful! She goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want!
