Cheryl did an awesome job for our honeymoon cruise. I gave her my choice in cruise line and dates and she maximized the effort with a solid 10 cruise trip. The Celebrity Summit has just been remodeled and came out glowing for us. We brought along Dee Dee’s 2 sons and her best friend and kids came too! Everything was perfect!

She was very professional in serving us, unfortunately we couldn't take the trip because of the current situation and had to cancel without her knowledge and professionalism, we would have been beside ourselves trying to figure out this mess.

On top of everything

Cheryl took on a last minute project for me so I could take my wife on the Honeymoon we never got. She delt with multiple changes and request and worked through everything at a fast pace giving us the trip we enjoyed and deserved.

We have been with Cheryl since she started her business. Our vacations are almost always "Cruising." I really can't recall how many we have been on and since we stared with Cheryl I also don't really remember how many she has taken care of for us. She really works to make our travels move along in a very splendid fashion. One time we had a problem with our room on a ship and we told her about it. It was taken care of in a professional manner that satisfied both us and the ship line. Now, that was what I call service above and beyond. My wife and I are both seasoned travelers and we would recommend Cheryl (and Nelson) and her Travel Agency to our family, friends, acquaintances and to you.

Cheryl takes the time to research the best vacation for your trip goals. She breaks down costs for you and lets you know what is and is not included. As a totally blind woman with a legally blind husband and two blind children, we need vacations that do not emphasize visual tours, shows, and excursions. Cheryl most recently assisted with a cruise for my husband and me and two other couples. It was excellent. We have also booked with Cheryl for Mexico and Ireland, as well as weekend getaways. Cheryl is extremely dependable. Our return home from Ireland could have easily been a disaster. Our home airport was closed due to a hurricane. We had to fly to another location (Chicago), needed a hotel, and needed to monitor and find transportation home. This added three days to our trip, but it was as free of stress as such a situation could be because of Cheryl’s efficient help. There was a hotel room waiting for us when we got to Chicago, and Cheryl gave us all the information required after the fact in order to get money back for our unplanned flight and hotel expenses from the travel insurance plan. She spent significant time researching ways to get us back home. When there was a mix-up in my daughter’s flight to Ireland for her Study Abroad program, Cheryl came to the rescue. When I wanted to find a New York City hotel for a reasonable price (quite a feat!), Cheryl searched until she found something for me. Cheryl is upfront about companies that are not particularly welcoming to travelers with disabilities. For example, the excursions provider on our recent cruise does not allow blind individuals to participate in activities such as Zip lining or parasailing. Cheryl found a company which accommodated us.
