Our First All-Inclusive Trip

Working with Deb to plan our first trip to an all-inclusive resort was a great experience. We had a general idea of where and when we wanted to travel. Deb listened to us and was able to give us great options. She suggested if we changed our travel dates a little bit we could obtain non-stop flights at big savings. We ended up staying at a wonderful resort. Deb followed-up with us after our trip to see how everything went. She was able to resolve a question we had with our final bill. Deb was great to work with!

Smooth Sailing!

We spent time at Universal Studios and then took at cruise to the eastern caribbean. Deb helped us book a land and sea package. The transfers went smoothly and made our vacation stress free. Deborah has been an incredible help in planning our trip in December, 2018. This will be our first river cruise and our first Christmas Market visit, so we really needed a lot of education. Her personal experience with several trips to the Rhine River provided many very useful and pertinent tips. She answered all of multiple questions (by e-mail and by phone) definitively and without delay. She guided our choice of deck and cabin, used the air consolidator to significantly reduce our air fare, and taught us about travel insurance to Europe, along with details on airport transfers. She accommodated our request to use 2 different credit cards for points/miles. We feel most comfortable in her care. Deborah, has always planned our trips with expertise and always follows up with our questions as well as complete details for our planed trips. One example is our trip to Australia when we requested to leave early and go to the Great Barrier Reef. She had a car pick us up from the airport to take us to our hotel. Then the next day she had a car pick us up to go to a tour of the Reef as well as booking the trip on the vessel that we took to the Reef. Then when we returned that afternoon she had another Car pick us up to go back to the hotel.

Deborah made it a very simple process for us to be able to plan and schedule a back to back Transatlantic and Mediterranean followed by 10 day land tour of Italy. Deb was simply amazing! She planned our honeymoon, and it was so much more than we had ever expected! This summer is our 3rd cruise. Our 1st cruise Deb was assigned to us. We didn't know we wanted to cruise just wanted a great vacation. It was. Serveral years ago after being married for 20 years my wife and I took our first big trip. We decided to take a tropical vacation out of the country. Deb asked what our budget was and what we were looking for in a vacation. She suggested El Dorado Royale and it was amazing. She also told us exaclty what would happen when the plane touched down since we were nervous about our first international trip. We avoided the time share people and went exactly to the point she told us to and were able to start our vacation stress free. We are leaving again in May for our third trip and we are going to try a different El Dorado property. I recommend her highly.

We have used Deborah for two different cruises, she has been very professional. Help in every way and answered questions we came up with numerious times. If we wanted an upgrade on anything, she worked her heart out to get every request we asked for. Even helping us with our hotel before the cruises. This last cruise we just did, we gave her the challenge of working to please three different couples, none of us were disappointed! I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

Wonderful trip!

Deb found a great price on air to Singapore and return to KC from Hong Kong for us. She also booked our Ama Waterways River Cruise from My Tho which is near Ho Chi Minn City.
We booked the rest of the trip ourselves but found it would have been much more enjoyable to have air, hotels and tours booked by a travel agent.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends
