My family has taken over 10 cruises and all of them have been booked by Anna (I think we are up to 14 now!). We have been on HAL, Disney, Celebrity, and RCI.

Anna has consistently provided us with excellent advice on cruise lines, ships, cabins, and destinations. Several times she has steered us in a slightly different direction than we originally wanted to go, and it has *always* worked out. I am a fairly savvy traveller (at least I think so) but you cannot know everything, and it is not my full-time job - but it is hers!

We travelled with my father-in-law for many years and one thing we particularly appreciated was her assistance in finding accessible rooms and particularly accessible excursions.

Since it was our anniversary she got our room upgraded and got us access to all the VIP amenities the resort offered. Anna made this trip so much more enjoyable with her ideas and help. She worked with us from airfare to which hotels fit our lifestyle (and budget!) She set us up with ground transportation to and from the airport at Honolulu. I wasn't sure why we needed that.....until we landed and I saw the traffic! So glad we just had to sit back and enjoy the ride to the hotel! Will definitely use her again for our next big vacation!!

Had an amazing couple of days in Venice and then caught a cruise that included Croatia; Montenegro; and Santorini and Katakolon, Greece. Anna took care of all the arrangements for our trip. She thought of everything: a hotel in the perfect location in Venice for site seeing (easy access to water taxis/buses and gondoliers), the hotel itself (vintage but modernized with a wonderful friendly and helpful staff) and all the arrangements for getting us to/from the airport, hotel and cruise ship. We have been working with Anna for several years, most for cruises, however some US travel and Disney also have come into play. Anna has always been the most helpful and knowledgeable person we have every worked with for travel. You bet we recommend her to anyone!

On our British Isle cruise the car service driver was not at Heathrow when we landed. As it was late there, about 11pm local time, the airport was fairly empty and we were standing alone. Thankfully the time change worked in our favor and Anna was available to take our call. She had it fixed in a jiffy and the driver arrived shortly after calling. The rest of the trip was truly amazing.

Anna really made our first trip to Alaska wonderful. It was so nice to be able to go to her with our questions and if she did not know the answer she was quick to find the answer. My Husband asked quite a few different ones that she had never heard before. Anna did all the scheduling and got our flights and all we had to do was book our shore excursions. She gave us really good suggestions on great shore excursions and this made our trip very memorable. She also had great packing tips and that really helped. We booked our 14 day trip to Alaska in February and she continually kept in contact with us until our departure on June 1st to make sure we had everything and to see if we had any questions. Overall we had an excellent trip and when we decide to go on another trip we will definitely be using her again.

We are small business owners with four children. The demands on our time make it impossible to get away let alone plan a vacation. We "dropped in" unannounced to just talk about taking a cruise. Neither Duane nor I had ever taken a cruise. As the afternoon went by, she presented us with options to include the two of us plus my sister and her husband. Anna located 2 staterooms with balconies for us for our wonderful trip to Alaska. She found an airfare "special" that really helped in he overall expense of the trip and that worked out great for us! Anna did not pressure us for anything, but rather explained the options to let us decide what we wanted to do. We thoroughly enjoyed Holland America's Zaandam ship and all the staff we encountered...great service and personal attention. We will definitely return to Anna for our next travel planning!!
