I love scuba diving the Palancar Reef in Cozumel, the shark dive at Sandals Grand Bahamian and diving with the turtles and 8ft eagle reys at Sandals Barbados, Water skiing at Sandals Antigua and at home. Trekking the Black Forest and biking on Ama Cruises and swimming with the Seals and Whale Sharks on Uncruise in the Sea of Cortez. My bucket list contains trekking Machu Pichu, skiing the Alps and diving the Great Barrior Reef.

Simply the BEST
I will also note when she takes me on, she knows its is not going to be easy. I like to change plans on her generally AFTER booking! She has never complained or been rude to me. She also takes into consideration the fact that we have a special needs son when she builds or vacations! I simply cannot put into words how amazing it is to have a travel agent as kind and considerate and frugal as Penny!! LOVE her!!

Hurricane Harvey didn’t disappoint us!

Last year our trip coincided with the hurricane. Penny has a backup plan too. Within an hour we had re-booked our trip.

Alaska an absolute success
We could not have been more pleased with our Alaska Holland America experience! The professionalism and attention to detail by Holland America while meeting all our travel needs, made our choice to see Alaska an absolute success! We would highly recommend seeing Alaska by land and by sea!. Our train excursion was fantastic and our on board ship experience was excellent. Service was fantastic along with the finest food and high quality on board entertainment. It will go down for both of us as time well spent together as we explored a fascinating and beautiful land.

50th Anniversary Trip
Penny, We just returned from Nashville, TN. You took care of us when we couldn't make the trip to Phoenix, AZ with the church group. The "A" tickets on Southwest were really great. Calling 24 hours in advance was terrific. Our seats and loading went very smooth even our close call in St. Louis where had only about 30 minutes to exchange planes was easy. We would travel Southwest in the future. We had an amazing 50th wedding anniversary and it all started with you! Thank you so very much!

Dominican Republic
I just want to tell you thank you for booking our trip to Punta Cana. Your attention to detail made a difference and made this our best vacation by far. First, the fact that you recommended the ocean view as opposed to garden view as the rest of the group did, was very appreciated! Enjoying our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening with a view of the ocean was amazing. Second, we had 11 other people taking this trip, the rest of them coming from Las Vegas. You were the only agent that informed us of the $10 travel card to get into DR. After seeing the line when we got to the airport of those who hadn't purchased in advance, we were truly grateful. The transport service was great and added to our carefree vacation. We have taken a cruise every year for the last 3 that we booked directly through Carnival. After this experience and your professional touch, we will contact you for any future vacations. Thank you again for helping make our vacation so spectacular!
NY Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade
In November, my family (5 adults) visited New York City to watch the Macy Day Parade. It was wonderful! We owe many thanks to Penny Carpenter, TL Travel Specialist for superb travel plans. I highly recommend allowing Penny to plan your next vacation or get away. Penny was a delight to work with and gave us such good information in planning our trip and our itinerary, which was set up perfectly. Our stay in New York was absolutely delightful. Lodging accommodations were friendly, kind, willing to assist and clean. She gave us detailed, useful advice before going, including best safety measures while there. I was so impressed with her dedication and professionalism! She loves assisting individuals planning a miraculous tip and her enthusiasm really showed. I would book a trip with her again anytime.
