Gina is professional, organized, accommodating and timely. She took our general ideas for a trip and turned them into a well organized, well paced, luxury trip. Every detail was taken care of for us. Gina even helped us make adjustments / additions to the itinerary during the trip. Our group included kids (11, 11, 14) and people who had never been out of the US. She took all our requests into consideration and planned a trip that met all our needs and wishes. We definitely recommend her and her agency.

We loved working with Gina. She listened to what we wanted and built the perfect vacation for us. Her communication with us was exceptional. She planned many private tours with local people who made the experiences deeper. For each new location Gina arranged for us to be picked up and taken to dinner on our first night. This service was much appreciated! The trip was beyond our exceptions!

We have booked multiple trips/vacations through Gina over the last 4 years (Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Greece). She's been outstanding to work with each time and has made the process very easy for us to handle with our busy schedules. She's thorough, detailed and very responsive so it's made booking trips/vacations quite enjoyable.Each trip has been different but the process with Gina has all been very similar. She helps find you the best deals (travel, all-inclusive, etc...) but she goes a step further to review detailed instructions prior and during your trip (transportation options to/from airport/hotel, excursion options, recommendations, etc...). Very thorough in making sure you have your itinerary squared away, insurance options, tour guide information, all the steps up needed to make sure your trip goes smoothly. We have never run into any issues contacting Gina or asking questions that she was able to get answers too quickly before or even during our trip.

Gina was amazing to work with. My kids have a fascination with mythology and Gina helped us craft the perfect itinerary for our family in Italy and Greece. All of the tours, guides and hotels were excellent. The arrangements were well coordinated and communicated and we all got to enjoy a stress-free vacation. It was wonderful.

Gina has been great, she took time to be sure every detail was taken care. We had a previous trip that had a few hiccups and after letting her know what they were she put in extra effort to make sure that our tip was completely seamless so that we had absolutely no problems. I can't say enough good things about Gina. I have used agents in the past and the bad experiences that I had with them made my do my own planning for quite a number of years. I'm convinced that if I had known Gina before, I would have never tried doing it on my own. She knows how things work, helps tell me what to expect, gives great advice on tours, properties, etc, and understands that I don't have unlimited funds. She handles the details so that I just show up, follow her directions and enjoy myself. If there is ever a hiccup, she is right there to be the liaison to get things fixed. I wouldn't use anybody else.

Fantastic Mediterranean Trip!!!!

Gina was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and provided multiple recommendations for us to chose from while we were planning our combo land and cruise vacation. We were so happy to have her help us put our trip together. It was our 1st time to the Mediterranean and she guided us through all the planning and things we needed to do and know effortlessly.
She helped us for plan for 2 days in Barcelona prior to our Windstar cruise and 5 days after the cruise in Rome.
Once all our reservations were complete she sent us a binder with our itinerary complete from start to finish, organized with all our reservation vouchers for our land portions and excursions for the cruise.
She met with us over the phone prior to our trip to go over the binder and give us other tips to make sure we had the best experience possible. :)
She was an absolute joy to work with and her recommendations were spot on!

Gina was my go to for planning my proposal. With about 1 months notice she was able to get everything planned and I barley had to do anything else. Gina was amazing as we planned our vacation in Italy. We attempted to plan our own vacation but kept running into obstacles. After meeting with Gina, we were convinced that she could help us plan our dream vacation much better than we could do it ourselves. We just returned and it was even more wonderful than we had imagined. Every step was coordinated with local resources and we saw and experienced Italy as though we were being guided by a personal friend who had lived there for a lifetime. We had always said we would never go back, but after this trip we just want to see more. I see another Italy vacation in our future.

I had never been on a cruise before, there is a lot more to it than meets the eye! - Gina took us through all those options that I had no clue existed, like the excursions, tipping, pre-paying for beverages, and Insurances and what they cover.
