As the owner and founder of EZTravelPad I have spent the past 15+ years building one of the most respected Honeymoon and Destination Wedding focused travel agencies in the Midwest.
Having helped 100s of couples celebrate their most special vacation in style and stress free, I have received many awards and much recognition such as achieving Sandals Resorts' most coveted CRC (Chairman's Royal Club) status in 2022 as well as Sandals' Star Awards and the island of St Lucia's highest recognition - The Piton Award - multiple times beginning in 2015 and as recent at 2022.

Scott has been great to work with on multiple trips for us. He provided a wide array of possible excursions in Costa Rica and was very flexible to customize our trip to fit our interests. The hotels he connected us with were perfect for what we wanted with amazing views and service. We booked this trip at the last minute and the attention to detail was as if we had spent a year planning. We had a wonderful experience using Scott from EZ Travel Pad! My husband and I were planning our honeymoon to St. Lucia when everything happened with Covid. Scott was very helpful with getting us our refund when we decided to cancel our trip. We knew when we rescheduled our trip, we would use Scott again because of the great experience we had with him originally. He gave suggestions and communicated so well with us during the planning and leading up to our trip. We’re so thankful for Scott and EZ Travel Pad for making our St. Lucia honeymoon amazing!

Hurricane interruption

Cruise had to change itinerary due to weather. Scott took immediate action and quickly put our minds at ease that all changes were taken care of and we were able to continue enjoying the cruise while others were scrambling .

Scott was really helpful in talking with us about what we wanted from our honeymoon and finding a resort that matched our preferences. We ended up going to Sandals Negril, and it was perfect! We wanted a place that had a great beach, food, view from our room, and was on the more relaxing side as far as resorts go. It was perfect in all the categories! We initially were looking at Sandals resorts, but we appreciated him sharing options from other brands other than just Sandals for us to look through. Since this was our first time leaving the country, it was really helpful to have someone to ask questions to and that could help us prepare for our travels. We will definitely be working with Scott for future trips!

Great trip planning

I read a review of Scott’s EZ TravelPad agency and called to see if he would plan a two week trip to Italy for me and my wife. I gave him a budget (which nudged up a little because of me) and within a couple of days I had an itinerary. There are always hiccups when one travels, especially when one travels to another country. But this trip was pretty well executed: Rome, Florence, country bnb and Venice. Lots of moving parts. Very pleased and, yes, I’d use Scott again.

We have worked with Scott for 10 years now and have always enjoyed our experience. He and his team take the stress out of traveling. He provides guidance and expertise and is also very honest which helps us make our decisions. He really has our best interest in mind through the entire process. Scott helped us with our trip to French Polynesia. He did a great job! Answered all of our questions (we had a lot). Was very willing to work with us as we made decisions. Work within our budget and got us the biggest bang for our buck. I would for sure use him again.

Scott is awesome, we had to unfortunately reschedule our trip twice due to COVID and he was happy to help each time. He was helpful with rescheduling our flights and hotel. He had good recommendations on how to book additional travel between islands.
