WOW~~~Chevelle's attention to every little detail did not go unnoticed. Her communication with us leading up to the departure date was always timely and loaded with tips, tricks, do's and dont's while traveling. Wonderful experience. Haven't taken real vacation in 8 years. Never used travel agent before. Chevelle made it so easy. Even during terrible experience with departure flight, felt as if she was right there in the terminal with us.

Booking with Chevelle was such a quick and easy process. I am left speechless at how flawless her planning of our trip was. She took care of everything, starting with booking all accommodations to sending us all the documentation we needed in order to travel. All my husband and I had to do was show up and have fun! Traveling through the airport was even a breeze with fast tracking through immigration, then hanging out in Club Mobay as we awaited the arrival of our hotel transfer. This was also recommended by Chevelle and I am glad we opted in. The resort Chevelle recommended was one of a kind and definitely a breathtaking experience. There were so many amenities and excursions included with the resort at no extra cost. Chevelle absolutely made traveling so affordable and easy, we cannot wait to book our next vacation with her.

Chevelle provided the recommendation for the resort and it was an excellent one. We had the best time of our lives. The food was the best food I EVER HAD OUT OF THE COUNTRY. I'm sure I gain a pound or two from eating so much. The private beach was quiet, clean and calm. Sometimes at resorts you have to deal with vendors which wasn't the case here. The fun began as we arrived to the resort and didn't end until the morning we left. I cannot stress how amazing the trip was. There was only one hiccup in which our private beach dinner was cut short in the middle due to rain. Luckily, the next day Chevelle spoke with the managers while we windsurfed and made sure there were no charges for the dinner. We used that money and got massages! I'd recommend Chevelle to anybody for any vacation. Be prepared for luxury. We were treated like celebrities and have footage to prove it. My wife and I had so much fun, we are looking forward to a honeymoon 2.0!

I was never to thrilled about travel agents until I met Chevelle. She is polite and professional. I used her services for a trip to Rome, Jamaica, and and upcoming trip to the Bahamas. While traveling in Jamaica I had some issues and needed to return to the states as soon as possible Chevelle made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I will never take another trip without consulting my travel agent first.

I want to personally thank Chevelle for a wonderful 50th birthday celebration in Costa Rica. She made dinner arrangements for my group with a surprise birthday cake. My family and I have never really had a vacation so we asked JEK Travels (Chevelle) to help us out. She gave us a couple different options to choose from. We chose the best one for us which was Ochos Rios, Jamaica. From the time we landed on the island until the time we made it back home it was a trip to remember. Thanks for being concern about the trip, it was a life changing experience, everything when well the tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative, the group was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable to be with.lots of walking and climbing up hills,up at 6am and leaving at 8am returning by to the hotel around 5:30pm each day. Flight was long that I expected 10 hours over and 12 hours back to Nj. The only complaint was not enough time between returning flight from NJ to Duller airport but we did make it, just in time. After reaching home I had jetlagged for two days every muscles in my body is still aching. Thanks for a trip well planned,Energy and thought that went into it. This trip is Japan with more legs room.
