My parents first took me to Disney World when I was just 8 years old, and I have traveled back countless times since then as a child, a teenager, a young adult and most recently, as a mom to a son and twin daughters.
Outside of my family, one of the things I’m the most passionate about is travel! I’ve been fortunate enough to vacation many different places over the years, including the Bahamas, Italy, and nearly every state in the U.S.
But even with all those different experiences, my favorite travel destination remains Walt Disney World.
I enjoy helping people plan Disney vacations so that they too can experience a little bit of the magic that has inspired me since I was a young girl.
During each trip, I’ve stayed at a variety of Disney hotels, from the Pop Century to the Polynesian (my favorite!), and I’ve dined at many of the restaurants throughout the parks and resorts.
Each of these experiences has provided me with different perspectives that have helped shape my overall Disney knowledge and expertise. Additionally, I’m very excited to be a College of Disney Knowledge graduate, and part of the Kingdom Konsultant Travel team.
My personal travels to Disney and ongoing education, allow me to tailor each vacation to my clients unique interests and circumstances.
In addition to planning Walt Disney World vacations, I also specialize in other Disney destinations including: Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Disneyland & Aulani.
Outside of Disney, I can also assist in planning trips to almost any vacation destination in the world! Kingdom Konsultant Travel is happy to offer our clients complimentary assistance with all aspects of planning your vacation. I can assist with dining reservations, itinerary planning, and scheduling of any extra events- we never charge any fees for our services.

1st Disney trip

Karen was recommended to me, and I am glad they did. She was the reason we were able to complete the trip without going insane. She is extremely organized, explained things in detail and pretty much took care of everything we needed.It was the first time we went to Disney, and it was very overwhelming to even start doing my homework about it, until Karen stepped in.

Best Planner Ever!

We contacted Karen early, and gave her all the info and needs of our family. She quickly got us several hotel options, gave us all the advice needed on meals and rides, and all that good stuff. However, it wasn't until she was able to get all of our Fast Passes and dinners that we realized how amazing and dedicated she is. My parents also decided to come to Disney less than a week before our trip, and Karen not only got them into our hotel, next to us, but kept working until she got meal reservations and Fast Passes that worked with ours. She was calling restaurants while we were in Disney to make it all work out. She answered every question, text, and issue we had and was so thoughtful and professional through it all. I would never plan another vacation without her, and I have recommended her to all of our friends. Karen is simply wonderful.

Karen knew exactly what we wanted. As soon as the booking window opened she contacted DCL obtaining the requested sailing and rooms. She kept us apprised of the process and explained all the paperwork that followed. The whole process was stress free and perfect. Karen is a great agent, focused on the client! I know as the date gets closer, she will be there to help us with any other pertinent questions we may have.

This was our first trip to Disney, and Karen made everything so easy. The whole experience couldn't have worked out better, and the whole family had an unbelievable time. After listening to the likes/dislikes of our family, she tailored everything to fit perfectly. Even adding things that only a pro can know, down to the tips and advice on the best places to eat, how to beat the crowds, best time of day to visit certain areas, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karen to anyone looking to plan a Disney vacation. She was the best.

Karen was an awesome travel agent for our trip. She provided helpful suggestions and assisted with all our reservation needs. She was especially helpful when our trip was interrupted by Hurricane Matthew! While we were at a Park the day our flight was cancelled, Karen worked with Disney to extend our stay at the resort so we would not have to move hotels in the middle of a storm! I would recommend and use Karen again for all my travel needs - not just Disney!!

Unbelievable! A Week of Amazement!!

Having finally saved up enough money for a dream trip to Disney World, I found the prospect of organizing it absolutely overwhelming. I reached out to Karen, and she took care of everything! She explained everything very clearly, and had the patience of a saint as I tried to filter through all the advice I was getting from friends and family. In the end, I left it in her very capable hands, and it was the best decision I could have ever made. I had very high hopes for this trip. It was a big deal! And it honestly surpassed my expectations in every way. I am thrilled, and look forward to working with Karen again on many future trips.

We were blown away with the amount of knowledge and professionalism provided by our TA, Karen. We were planning our first trip to Disney (2 grandparents, 2 parents, a 6 year old and a 2 year old) and were overwhelmed with options. I had a million questions and ideas. I had potentially three different places to stay with three different times of the year. Karen priced everything out without hesitation and we were able to figure something out to book our dream vacation. Karen took the time to get to know our family dynamic and desires of our vacation and assisted in planning an ideal vacation for us. She was able to book dining plans that fit our touring plans at the most sought-out restaurants and reserve Fast Passes at ideal times. She created daily itineraries so that we could maximize our times without feeling rushed.
Her level of communication, friendliness, knowledge, and effort made Karen an absolute pleasure. I have already highly recommended her to numerous friends !

Karen was AMAZING!!! She made our Disney adventure simply a dream come true! She listened to all our "wants and needs" and orchestrated the most well, thought-out trip for me and my family. She booked the perfect character meals and meet & greets and new all the best attractions to add to our fast passes. And, when our plane was a little late arriving in Florida, she reworked our fast pass (within minutes) for our arrival day to ensure we wouldn't miss a thing! Disney Vacation Two Times in a Row!

This is the second year in a row we used Karen. We upgraded to a resort on the monorail in Disney, and Karen helped us find the perfect resort for our tastes, but also gave us other options and info for us to choose from.She is diligent, patient, and knowledgeable. She planned our vacation just as we hoped and researched additional requests for us like a cake delivery, a wheelchair, etc. without issue. She was always available for questions, changes, updates, and forthright with her answers.
We couldn't have asked for anyone more thorough to navigate the Disney vacation and all of the plans that go with it. She's really the best. We have recommended her to many friends.

Karen came highly recommended by a mutual friend and she lived up to her reputation as an excellent travel planner! I had no idea where to begin, nor did I have the time to research a Disney vacation for my family. She knew the nuances of each Disney resort and worked to find us the best package. She hand-picked restaurants with character dining and reserved fast pass selections for us. We enjoyed a week at Disney's Beach Club Resort, with five fun-filled days in the theme parks and one day of lounging by the pool. What an amazing vacation!

We are annual passholders and I usually handle booking all of our trips to Walt Disney World. Last year I got a late start planning for our annual "December birthdays" trip. I missed the announcement for the passholder room discounts and by the time I checked, the hotel we wanted wasn't available. Feeling disappointed, I wasn't sure what we were going to do. But Karen saved the day! I contacted her and within a few hours, she was able to find the hotel and room type that was "sold out" on the Disney website, as well as get us the passholder discount! She was very helpful by quickly responding to any questions we had and offering to assist with dining reservations. We were so thankful that Karen was there to pull it all together and help make our trip magical!

I cannot thank Karen Cirrincione enough for all her help in planning our Vegas vacation in November. She is courteous, professional and simply one of the nicest people I know. She listened to my needs and preferences related to our family vacation and delivered on every front.
We took our twins to Las Vegas to celebrate their 21st birthday. Something we have been discussing since they were 7 years old. Can I just say, in one word, it was EPIC! Everything Karen planned for us worked out just as expected. I loved her recommendations and appreciated all the time she put into planning this trip. She solved a major issue for me, as she took care of research and planning when I did not have the extra time to spend doing this.
My mother decided to join us on the trip and Karen coordinated with her directly to facilitate this process. She handled everything for me with ease and I cannot thank her enough. This was a memory that will never be forgotten and I could not have done it without her.
I will contact her for all my future trips. She is the best at what she does and I recommend her every chance I get!

Karen was so helpful in planning our Disney trip. She helped us get a great deal and she was very knowledgeable about all the different resorts. We have special medical and dietary needs and she was very helpful in figuring out where to eat too. She had great knowledge of the parks and rides and was able to help us figure out how to best utilize our fast passes, especially with children of various ages and interests in our party. She was always very responsive to all of our questions! It was a very positive experience and we highly recommend her!

Karen was an absolute dream to work with! My family's 1st trip to Disney and she planned every detail for us perfectly! We didnt have to worry about a single thing! Our plane was late landing making our first meet and greet timing tight to make - I emailed Karen to let her know and she jumped right on it and rearranged so we were still able to get to that meet and greet the same day. She also monitored our hotel's promotions and was able to upgrade us at the last minute - no extra charge. My kids had the most amazing time and it was just so wonderful to go on a vacation and not have to worry or stress about a thing! I highly recommend Karen - she's professional, friendly and determined to create the most magical vacation for her clients.

Dream Come True!
I highly recommend Karen for any trip you're planning! She is a top notch travel agent. Whether you're planning a Disney vacation or a trip to the Caribbean, she provides excellent service and is amazingly organized and thorough. There is not one detail that slips through the cracks. She thinks of everything and more! She provides insight that other agents don't know or don't take the time to provide. She helps you plan what makes the most sense for your family. I consider myself an A-type person and she blows me away with all of her details and organization. It's like a dream come true! I'm not joking. See for yourself!
