She was incredibly knowledgeable about what type of package would work for us and made sure that our accommodations were set up once we got there. Traveling with two little kids is not easy. She spent hours holding with our resort to make sure we could get the dates we wanted and what the pricing differences would be. My husband wanted to surprise me with a trip to New York for my birthday. We had never been and honestly my husband really is not a New York kind of man. (We are a jeans and boots kind of family.) Shelly made planning, and booking this trip a breeze. We stayed in Manhattan and were able to see all of the sites. She did everything... Even sent luggage tags! All we had to do was pack and show up to the airport.

We've worked with Shelley for close to 20 years. We've travelled the world--land tours, ocean cruise and river cruises. Moved from Texas to Mass. 7 years ago and still use Shelley. She takes great care of us.

I will briefly tell you about our last trip to Antarctica and the Amazon. We
cruised with Seabourn. Shelley made all the arrangements. We stayed in
Santiago, Chili and she made Hotel reservations and got us a Driver to
take us to the ship about 2 hours away. Also, the tours while we were in
Santiago. We also, received a free tour in one of the ports we visited.

Shelley is our go to Travel Agent. There are no questions asked on who we use for any vacations or work related travel. The response rate is insane and she is professional and so accurate on getting us the best deal possible. She is an encyclopedia of information when it comes to resorts, travel and deals. I am so, so glad we found her. I have used other travel agents and had to pay, or track them down email after email to get some type of information back. Not that with Shelley she is our VIP for travel. She is highly recommended and someone I recommend to friends and family.

Shelley Embrey of Ticket-to-Ride Tours is wonderful. I know in this day of on-line purchasing for hotels, transfers, trains, air, and etc... it is great to have someone like Shelley to do this type of work. I've had her as a travel agent for years - from when she was with another company and followed her when she set up her own travel service. She is very conscientious and makes sure to get it just right for me. I usually give her the areas of a city that I want to stay and she looks around for me and gives me a list of the hotels with the prices and whether or not they include breakfast. For the airfares, I usually look on-line to see what is out there especially regarding times, then I tell her and she finds comparable times for me. She knows how I hate short connections so she tries her hardest to find a decent connection time that is not too short, but not hours upon hours long. She also always seems to find good prices for me and any friends that happen to go with me. She has also purchased transfers from airport to hotel when needed and even purchased train tickets too. Luckily for me she is very patient as I often change my mind about something somewhere along the way, but she goes with the flow. She is a hard worker to make sure my vacation is going to be successful and that I'm going to have a good time. She is kind and delightful to work with all the time! Shelley was awesome! She took the time to meet with us face to face and did all the research to plan our trip. She caught small details that affected our trip and corrected them right away. She was immediately available to help when we had a missed flight connection coming home. And most importantly, she gave us a fantastic trip to Iceland!
