She helped us pick a resort to get married at and put me in touch with their wedding department and she made everything so easy for us. She is incredible at her job.

We lost our daughters luggage on our trip and Stacy took the time to go out and purchase clothing, shoes, diapers etc that we would need and sent the items with another member of our group who was flying out at a later date. She went above and beyond the call of duty, for us, and it will never be forgotten!!

I’ve been working with Stacy for over the past two years. She has planned five vacations for my family and several other families that I have referred to her. She has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she is great! Our last trip with her we went to Oahu with another couple. We stayed at the Sheraton on Waikiki beach and it was beautiful (this was our 4th time to this hotel, it has the best pool and location) We did a luau while we were there and rented a Jeep to tour one day. We did take the complimentary shuttle service that came with our package and that I would not ever do again! It took us almost 3hrs from when we got off the plane to our hotel. Way too much time waiting for other people and there hotel stops and for the bus to arrive. It’s $50 for a cab from the airport and you can get off the plane and to your hotel in less than one hour which is what we have done on our previous trip to Hawaii. We just did the transfers because they were free, not worth the free!

She worked hard to find a date and flight times to meet my budget and was there to answer any questions.

It was fine. I would probably just book on my own next time though. Stacy did her job but everything with Delta Vacations was a fiasco and a fight during our entire trip. I would never book with Delta Vacations again and also would not ever stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa or recommend it to anyone.

Amazing. From the first email about our trip Stacy was on it. We wanted a beach vow renewal in Mexico with family and friends. Stacy took care of everything answered every question and concerns I had. I had no worries at all, I was able to relax knowing that she was taking care of others reservations. Going to Europe had been a dream of mine for over fifty years, and that was the challenge of planning our adventure: we'd almost waited too long, and I'd become something of a worrier when it came to transatlantic flights and maneuvering in countries where I didn't speak the language. Then we heard about European river cruises. Stacy knew all about these and encouraged us to give this a try.

From the outset, she provided excellent materials and her own support and advice. She was patient with our nervousness and answered our many questions. She dropped materials at our home and communicated by phone and email as well as meeting us in her office; all of that was comforting. And Stacy's natural optimism and enthusiasm are contagious!

Stacy was very thorough in her planning; quick and efficient. There were no "surprises" on the trip. All our scheduled stops had us on their reservation lists. The train trip was interesting, first to Seattle, then Vancouver. (A "roomette" leaves no room for baggage; it was stored below. )
All hotel accommodations were top-notch. We had three day trips in Vancouver where we were picked up at our hotel or nearby hotels. Early the following morning we boarded a train for the trip back to Seattle, and a flight home. A wonderful seven-day trip.

So easy to work with

Stacy has always gone above and beyond when booking our travels. i.e. calling daily to help us secure a booking while on a wait list; and during a weather cancelled flight, she had confirmed we were on the 1st flight out the next morning, before we reached the front of the United customer service line at the airport. Two flights back to MSP were cancelled within 30 mins. of each other and there were 100's of people trying to get back to MSP. She is an all-star!
