I have been in the travel industry as a professional since 2015 but have been traveling to Disney Destinations since 2005. I frequent the parks often, many times for the runDisney race weekend events as an annual passholder to help stay "in the know" so I can offer my clients up to date feedback on events and attractions they can enjoy.
I understand how daunting planning a vacation can be; where do I stay? What do I want to do? Where do I want to eat? How can I plan all this so my family makes memories to last a lifetime? From the first email to the Welcome Home email, Mary made sure everything was absolutely magical. When we first decided to take our 5 year old to Disney, we were dreading the planning and details involved. Mary took care of everything and made our entire trip nearly effortless. She worked with out budget and planned our fun filled days with us in mind. She even included a beautiful printed itinerary, autograph book and pins to make this the best birthday surprise ever. If you want to go to Disney, but are hesitant due to the overwhelming world that is Walt Disney World, book with Mary! Instead of being stressed over this trip she truly helped make it an unforgettable family vacation. We will definitely be booking with Mary in the future!

Mary was super reliable and quick to answer any emails I sent with questions about payments or my trip! This was my first time using a travel agent as well as my first runDisney trip. Very helpful to get started with the process and on initial setup of the vacation. But communication was a little sparse at the end when we had final clarification emails and we had to attempt multiple times to get contact. Overall we had an amazing family vacation and all the recommendations were perfect!

Mary was such a pleasure to work with, from start to finish! She made everything such a breeze and had every last detail planned so there was no guess work on our end! When she found out that we wouldn't get our itinerary in time to leave, she personally delivered it so we wouldn't be without! She goes above and beyond and it shows by just how effortless she made this trip for us. She knows the ins and outs of Disney and even included some fun activities that we wouldn't of known about with her. Mary is so helpful and responsive! This was the first trip we booked with her that we actually got to travel (we had booked a few other trips, but they were cancelled due to the pandemic) and it was magical from start to finish! She helped us find the right price and resort for our budget, and didn't mind the multiple payment methods, transfers (from cancelled runDisney races) and accommodation requests. December Holiday Trip

Originally Mary helped us book this trip for August of 2020. She helped me book a dream trip that we were so excited about. Then, COVID-19. Almost all of our plans were squashed and we decided we wanted to postpone until December. Mary reworked our entire trip for us which included resort changes. Mary had been down to the parks several times since the reopening and was able to give a lot of first hand advice that we greatly appreciated. She’s always just a phone call or email away when those random questions pop up. We appreciate all of her efforts to make this trip as magical as ever!

Mary was awsome with answering all of my first timer questions. Since she goes to Disney often she was able to give me recommendations on how to travel around the property as well as food and snacks. She was quick with her responses and made me feel comfortable with being a solo traveler. Even when I wanted to check different options such as adding park days she looked into it quickly for me. Mary was absolutely amazing, she was very personable, informative and helpful. She really listened to me and was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. runDisney Girls Weekend

When a girlfriend and I decided we wanted to run the Princess Half Mary was recommended to us. Mary was able to secure us race bibs, park tickets, and book our stay at the Pop Century resort. Mary was able to make all the dining reservations we requested - even the hard to get spots! The FP+ reservations were exactly what we wanted and placed at times that made sense for our schedule. For us runners, Mary's Instagram feed was a source of encouragement and excitement and helped us keep the momentum up as we trained. She happily answered many (MANY!) running questions, spectator questions, food questions, hotel questions, and travel questions. I had never met Mary in person before this trip, but actually found her out on the half marathon course and she was such a pleasure to meet! Thank you, Mary, for being a HUGE part in the success of our (much needed) girls weekend. Thanks to you we did lots of running, had lots of fun, lots of laughter, and way too many memories to count.
