Invaluable experience. It's what I bring to my customers. I have been working in various sectors of the travel industry for the past 40 years. I began this great adventure I call my career at the age of 17 as a tour guide for Globus/Cosmos. With this company, I traveled to Spain, France and Greece, learning the languages and gaining deep insight into each country. I then went on to work for:
- Iberia Airlines, where I learned how to plan travel by air to Europe, Africa and elsewhere in the world.
- One of the first legal tour operators to Cuba, where I also learned how to arrange group travel to Nicaragua and El Salvador.
- A multi-national European common market receptive tour operator, where I arranged incentive group travel, bus tours and individual tour programs to Florida for companies based in Austria, Belgium, England, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary and Switzerland.
I currently live in Florida, so I also have a rich knowledge of all that this major tourist destination has to offer. And I also have an intimate knowledge of New York City as I grew up in that amazing city. Plus, I studied abroad in England and obtained my masters of tourism in Spain.
In addition to my personal experiences, I have taken classes and courses to earn many certificates, including but definitely not limited to:

While I have experience booking all types of vacation, I do feel my specialties are arranging multi-generational vacations and the romance trips, including honeymoons and destination weddings.
I also proudly specialize in planning and booking fundraising vacations and believe in traveling for a cause as well as giving back to my community. In fact, my favorite quote is "You must be the change you wish to see in the world."

I have been a loyal customer of Sue for many years! She has planned several unbelievable vacations for my family including trips to Spain, Italy and cruises to the Caribbean. I don’t bother trying to book things on my own anymore because she always gets a better value than me! Back in February/2020, Sue booked a Greek Isles cruise for this summer which unfortunately was cancelled due to the pandemic. An out of this world wedding weekend and honeymoon

Sue was our fairy godmother for our entire wedding weekend and honeymoon. She assisted all of our guests with their travel and leisure arrangements for our wedding. She was extremely helpful in the logistics and recommendations for our wedding. Our Honeymoon was planned by Sue and we could not have been happier. It was extremely easy and luxurious of a trip because of Sue. Additionally, we received some nice surprises (i.e. rose pedals on the bed) on behalf of Sue. Anytime we needed anything at all, Sue was able to assist. She is very responsive and professional. I have been working with Sue since 2010 and will never plan a vacation without her assistance.

Susan has been wonderful to work with. We have used her services to plan our trip to Ireland and a cruise to Alaska. She handled all of the itineraries and ensured that we had the best trips of our lives, and during the entire process she made us feel as if we were the only clients she was working with. Susan has a wonderful personality and she was always available when we had questions. Although we had zero issues or problems, we were confident that Susan would be there to clear up anything that might come up. Sue helped us navigate planning, replanning, and moving our honeymoon twice during a pandemic. Sue has the best customer service skills and personal skills of anyone I’ve ever met. Sue is not only very helpful and knowledgeable about her business but she is friendly and hilarious. Sue is a wonderful person to work with and I will recommend her to anyone looking for a vacation/ get away/ planning a honeymoon or even a destination wedding. Sue helped us to coordinate a “retie the knot” ceremony and offered solutions to many many problems. She was also very knowledgeable about the destinations in which she books for!
