We went to Secrets Maroma Beach with the help of Outta Here Travels’ Michelle! She was so very helpful and kept us informed on everything we needed to know leading up to and during our trip.The resort was awesome and I definitely recommend it, as well as the services provided by Michelle.
The food, excursions offered, and service at the resort was all top notch! No complaints other than the seaweed being a minor issue on the beach, however, Michelle advised us of that possibly being the situation as soon as she found out. But we still had a very good time and look forward to using Outta Here Travels for our next adventure!

This was the 3rd year we have worked with Michelle.The first year it was just my husband and I last year it was us and the kids and both trips were amazing. She is awesome. Unfortunately we dis not get to take our trip this year but she did her best to help us get a refund and was never to busy to get back to me when I had a question. She really cares about her clients. Wonderful Travel Experience

Everything at this resort was great! It was lively and fun for a girls trip - even with Covid protocols. The food was good and the staff was extremely friendly. Our room was great.Nothing on your end - we did have a lot of issues with flights, but thats an airline issue, not your company.
We are already booked for December and thinking about the following year.
I will definitely tell people to book with Outta Here Travels! Thank you for making this travel experience wonderful!

Always Takes Care of Us

The resort was very good! Traveling to the DR and back was relatively easy. Having our transfer service set up by Outta Here Travels is always a luxury and I’m very thankful for it. The VIP service fell through, though I’m certain by no fault of OHT. We understand things happen, and we were very pleased to get a full refund for the service without having to ask!
Michelle always takes care of us and we will certainly use her again

We traveled to Secrets Maroma Beach Cancun and it was amazing! Definitely, recommend going there. The atmosphere was amazing, food was great, the pool was on point, and the service was top of the line!! We will definitely be going back!! The seaweed was awful but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the beach. Outta here travels is amazing with the help of Michelle!! Definitely was a lifesaver and helped us out so much!!

Honeymoon in Greece

From the very beginning, Michelle was incredibly thorough and outlined every step of our trip. We met regularly to make sure our trip itinerary was exactly what my husband and I wanted. Most importantly, she was very receptive and transparent on our budget and always gave us options to stay within or under said budget. Our honeymoon planning was stress free with the help of Michelle, which was greatly appreciated after our ~hair-pulling~ wedding planning.As for the trip, it was absolutely MAGICAL!!! Everything was perfect thanks to Michelle’s planning. The hotels we stayed at were luxurious, our tour guides were incredibly friendly, and our drivers were always on time.
As far as we’re concerned, we’ve found our travel planner for life💙🤍

Awesome Honeymoon

We would definitely recommend Michelle with Outta Here Travels to anyone that is thinking about planning a vacation. Michelle helped us so much while we were planning our honeymoon. She was always available to answer any questions we had. A few months before we were supposed to leave Sandals decided to close down our resort for "construction." If it wasn't for Michelle we would have probably had to cancel our honeymoon. Instead, we were able to change locations, get an extra day, and upgrade rooms. We will definitely be using Michelle for every trip we plan in the future.

Perfect Honeymoon

Michelle stays on top of everything! she was responsible for our whole family having the time of our lives last summer. She did such a great job that we are having her plan Mexico vacation # 2 this October.She is also giving us feedback about an Alaskan vacation next year. she is one fantastic planner and always provides us with the best of everything. I forgot to mention that the trip last summer was my daughter's wedding.
