During that time, she would check in with any updates, and options that I could have. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and check-ins during that time. Kimberly Banczak was our travel agent for a Rhine River Cruise we took in September 2022. She provided us with excellent guidance before the trip, taking as much time as we needed to understand every facet of the trip.
