I have been selling a lot of travel to Hawaii over the past couple of years, especially since the pandemic. People want to get away to tropical islands but they don't want to leave the United States so it's really taken off as a popular destination. I became certified as a Hawaii Destination Expert by the Hawaii Tourism Authority & the program is a wonderful way to learn extensively about all of the Hawaiian islands.
I've been to Oahu, Maui, the Big Island & Kauai. Each island has it's own unique characteristics & charm. There really is something for everybody - couples, families, multi-generational travelers & of course honeymooners. You can relax on a beautiful beach or go hiking to a beautiful waterfall or through lava fields. There is horseback riding, ziplining, beautiful botanical gardens to visit & so much more.
There are 5 star resorts or condominiums to stay at right on the ocean. The food is delicious & there are many wonderful delicious restaurants to choose from.
I definitely recommend renting a vehicle & just getting out & exploring the islands on your own.

Sheri was great! She handled planning a trip to Cancun for my niece's wedding. All 35 of us stayed at Secrets The Vine. The amenities were unbelievable from the view from our balcony, to the spa, restaurants, butlers (yes, we each had our own butler), the 5 pools and to the wedding itself. I am not much of a traveler, but Sheri made me feel confident and comfortable in traveling to Mexico. If the need arises again, I definitely will use Sheri Langwald.

Sheri took care of setting up a Disney cruise for us. She walked us through the best options for a big family of 8. Sheri has been very good with planning now 3 trips for our ladies group. She did an excellent job with our Viking Riverboat Cruise in May, 2017. We had a little glitch with Viking changing our dates unexpectedly, but Sheri did everything to get us through that and get a few more perks from Viking. She is very patient with all our long phone calls and endless questions. Now , we are planning an Alaska cruise/land trip in 2019 with Sheri, can't wait !

Incredible service and extremely knowledgeable. We wanted to take our 2 and 4 year old children on an outdoor active vacation. Park City was the perfect destination. There were many age appropriate hikes as well as planned activities such as white water rafting. The hotel we stayed at couldn’t have been more family friendly and was in walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

Where do I start? The service and expertise I received from Sheri was FIVE STAR! From the beginning of my trip planning with her calling me with a great deal on our flights to Italy through a "flashsale" all the way through our departure with transfers that Sheri arranged on a beautiful boat that took us right up to the airport door, we were beyond pleased! I can't imagine what our trip could have been like had we not consulted our expert travel agent. She arranged every excursion for us, scheduled each activity we were interested in, made sure to tell us all about any special tips that could enhance our vacation, was there for us when one of our hotels made a blunder and she got it fixed, quite simply, I would never take a vacation again without calling Sheri first, no joke! Sheri is like a fairy god mother!! She made all of my Greece dreams come true. She was extremely patient with us as it took us around 3 weeks to book our trip because my husband and I kept going back and forth between dates and such. She kept making modifications that I asked for and got us the best deals at the best places! Sheri has been absolutely wonderful! I usually book my own trips and have never used a travel agent before. However, I’m never going back to do things myself. She makes travel planning easy and seamless (especially when I change dates or add people to our trip). She also makes it easy to change travel plans during the trip. Sheri assisted my girlfriend and I as we planned our trip to Cancun. The experience working with Sheri was exactly what you look for when planning a vacation. We told her what we were looking for and our price range and she did the rest. She gave us a few options and was able to move dates throughout the process so that we traveled the same days as our friends. And the price was no more than the best we could find researching travel packages ourselves. We were also able to pay using a payment plan rather than putting everything up front, which we found to be helpful. Lastly, the trip itself was fantastic. The resort was great, transportation to and from went off without a hitch, and "all-inclusive" truly meant "all-inclusive." I highly recommend Sheri and will certainly use her again in the future.

I am in my early sixties and after traveling nationally and internationally for most of those years I would consider myself an experienced world traveler. In the past most of my travel needs were met by self research because I found travel agents very limited in their knowledge and could not offer much of anything. Sheri was awesome to work with! It took just one phone call to her office and she had put together a first class vacation to Hawaii with everything that we asked for. Staying at the Kahala Resort in Oahu and then Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui. All our flights were included in the package and the price was best that we could find. Everything was perfect!!!

Sheri made planning our stay in Cancun super easy! Two quick phone calls and we were booked! My husband and I had never been to Cancun before or had even stayed at an all inclusive resort. I will admit the price at first was a little shocking but we would do it all over again in a heartbeat! We were blown away by the resort (Secrets The Vine Cancun). Sheri said it was a gorgeous property and she was right! Since we were booking our flight separately, Sheri was able to provide transportation to and from the hotel with no problem. When we arrived at the resort, we were told they had upgraded our room at no extra charge and handed a glass of champagne. We had a Deluxe Ocean View room and ocean view did we get! The resort was beautiful, clean, the hotel staff was always friendly and wanted to make sure that we had everything we wanted. We had the perfect weekend, great food, great drinks, perfect weather. We will definitely be booking another all inclusive trip in the future!

Whenever we've needed to plan a vacation, Sheri is the one I call. The best example was a family trip to Costa Rica a few years ago. I was overwhelmed with all of the options of activities and places to visit. Sheri put together a great itinerary with just the right amount of adventure, travel between cities, and relaxation making it one of the best trips we've ever taken.

A Wonderful Birthday Celebration!

In this day and age, one questions exactly what role a travel agent plays that some app can’t help you do for yourself. I am glad I took a friend’s advice and found out. The occasion was a milestone birthday (mine) and to celebrate my wife and I decided to take both our married children along with our 2 year old granddaughter. Our first inclination was a destination, all-inclusive site, but Sherri and her Mom Annette, convinced us that a cruise was better suited for a multigenerational family, particularly with diverse interests and requirements. How true that turned out to be!Despite the fact that we consider ourselves to be relatively seasoned travelers and have previously taken multiple cruises, it was thoroughly reassuring to leave the negotiating to professionals and email or call with questions or concerns that that our kids were inquiring about up to the very last minute!

Sheri Langwald was everything I could want out of a Travel Agent. She significantly contributed to a wedding that exceeded my dreams. She was extremely prompt in answering questions. She's very organized. Her friendly and down-to-earth attitude make her very easy to work with. My significant other and I met her while planning our destination wedding. We had no idea where to start. Sheri narrowed our location down to Cancun (based on overall value.) We had never been to Cancun before, nor had we ever been to an all-inclusive resort. We took Sheri's advice and ran with it. We’re so happy we did! Sheri organized a trip of a lifetime for us, as well as 34 of our guests. Sheri not only went above and beyond in her duties as a travel agent, she also helped in communication with our wedding coordinator. While organizing our trip, Sheri mailed travel packets to everyone. Sheri gave us all the important information we needed, including where to go as soon as we got off the plane in Mexico.
