She worked hard to coordinate our flights to connect with our friend from Boston on our way there and back.

My first trip using Carolyn was for a trip in 2020. She was amazingly patient as the wheels were coming off during Covid and we were all thrown into new territory of negotiating travel. Carolyn was VERY responsive throughout the entire process, from booking, to pre-trip and finally post-trip. Even when the hotel had an issue with the reservation, she was on top of getting it resolved! She took the worries out of travel.
