Picture it...Walt Disney World, 1995. A husband & wife bring their nine-month-old daughter from the hustle & bustle of New York to the familiar comfort of the Magic Kingdom. The September sun blares hot overhead, causing ice cream to melt at an alarming rate. The castle at the end of Main Street U.S.A. is set to be shaped like a birthday cake within the year. A girl is gifted her first pair of Mickey ears with her name embroidered in gold across the back. That girl is me.

I’m Jayna Gugliucci and I’ve been traveling to Walt Disney World since I was - you guessed it - nine months old. Since then, my family has visited many times over the years and, because I am my parents’ daughter, it is still my favorite place to travel almost thirty years later. In 2016, I completed the Disney College Program as a Fairy Godmother In-Training and became an Annual Passholder in 2017 (shocking, I know). Five years later, I discovered the magical miles of runDisney and thus began my era of solo travel - each step leading me to my first marathon with no signs of slowing down any time soon.

Over the years, I have taken as well as planned countless trips to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Universal Studios for my family, friends, and co-workers alike. During that time, I’ve come to acquire an outstanding (and sometimes worrisome) amount of information surrounding some of the most magical places on earth. At this point, I’m almost positive there’s a filing cabinet in my brain filled with everything you could ever need to have the perfect vacation- all of which I’m beyond eager to share.
