The beauty of Maui captured my heart from the moment I set foot on the island.  At our first trip my daughter was an infant. She is almost 20 now and Maui remains one of our favorite beach getaways. We were lucky to meet a guide on that initial visit who truly knows every corner of the island. Whether its the road to Hana with its views of lush rainforest and waterfalls, exploring hidden snorkel spots or hiking inside Haleakala volcano Maui never fails to impress. Although things have evolved over the 20 years the wonders of nature still leave me in awe. Starting my day with a yoga session as the sun rises brings me joy. During whale season I can't keep my eyes glued to the ocean in hopes of spotting a humpback breaching. While parasailing you might catch sight of dolphins swimming beneath you while soaring through the sky. Food lovers will be delighted by the array of fresh and locally sourced culinary delights awaiting them in Maui.
