I worked with Andrew to plan a trip for summer 2021. With Covid affecting countries around the world differently, I was nervous to plan anything without a professional. Andrew was super knowledgeable about navigating travel during the pandemic and did a ton of research for me in helping to choose the perfect location.Andrew really listened to what we were looking for in a vacation and presented several options based on our wants and needs. He was patient while we made our decision and never pushy. Despite the travel frenzy happening right now he was able to find us a great trip for a good value.
Andrew was always available for questions during the planning phase and while we were abroad. He went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect.
I have always prided myself on planning my own vacations in the past, but since using Andrew I don’t think I’ll ever travel without HK Travel again

Wow, what a great experience we had using Andrew at H-K Travel. He took care of every last detail. Impeccable service and very up to date on the ever-changing travel regulations. He found us an unbelievable deal on a trip to Hawaii. He saved us hundreds of dollars. We booked all of our island tours/exhibits through him too. Everything went flawlessly. Definitely going to use him for all our future traveling.

Orlando & Disney Vacation

Thanks so much to HK Travel! We had an extremely easy time booking with you. Our Florida vacation was a success! We enjoyed our time at our 3 bedroom condo with a full kitchen which enabled us to enjoy breakfast and midnight snacks onsite! We loved going to Cocoa Beach, Disney's Magic Kingdom, Sea World, and Universal Studios. The app was amazing and we were able to get into all parks with no issues and no wait times! So much fun! We would recommend HK Travel to everyone!

North Star Travel and Andrew were fantastic. Our Italian adventure was an amazing family trip! The communication both before the trip during the planning process, and while we were there was super. Our tour guides were wonderful, and drivers always on time or even early. The app is very user friendly and kept us well organized. I would recommend him to anyone planning a trip to Europe! Loved every minute and will most definitely use them again.

Northstar Travel was fantastic. We used them once for a trip to Alaska and a second time to go to Costa Rica. Both times, our agent, Andrew really listened to what we were looking for and made fantastic recommendations. Our excursions and accommodations were better than we expected. Andrew even reached out to us in Costa Rica a day prior to an excursion to notify us the tour company cancelled the trip. Andrew had a new option lined up when he called and there was 0 stress for us.

Great Family Vacation

Andrew is a consummate professional and took care of all our concerns and questions about the trip he booked for us. He is well traveled and had numerous, thoughtful recommendations for us to consider when selecting where we wanted to go. It's the exact experience I was hoping for.This was my first experience using a travel agent and I couldn't be more satisfied. He does charge a one-time, initial fee, which is different from the model of travel agency I had heard about in the past. However, times have simply changed and I think this is just the way this industry works now. But the fee equates to excellent 1:1 help and attention.
We'll definitely use Northstar again!

Andrew at HK Travel was amazing throughout our entire trip planning process! From helping us find cruises, to planning itineraries, to making great suggestions and, unfortunately, when having to cancel our initial trip plans due to COVID (he took care of all the details so we didn't have to). And our cancelled trip didn't stop Andrew from helping us plan yet another vacation to make up for our cancelled one.Andrew was not only fun to work with and kind, but I felt like he truly cared and wanted to help us plan an amazing vacation within our budget, while still exceeding our expectations. Not to mention that he got us some amazing deals that I could have never have gotten on my own, saving us money and also getting us more value for the money we did spend.
I have never been good at planning things, it stresses me out more than it really should, but Andrew was there to organize everything and plan so that I could just focus on getting excited for my vacation. Thank you Andrew!

Andrew was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the very first meeting, Andrew was personable, knowledgeable, organized and prepared. He narrowed down our wants for our dream vacation and provided us with a great selection, but not overwhelming number of choices, to pick our vacation destination. His communication and responsivity through booking and beyond was great! Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected medical issue that required us to return home very prematurely; however, Andrew was right there! He was able to change flights, and assisted us with everything to return home quickly and guided us through how to submit a claim with the trip insurance we purchased (high recommend purchasing!!) No one ever expects such an amazing vacation to end as abruptly as ours had to, but thanks to a travel agent as great as Andrew, the disappointment we endured was less stressful with Andrew's guidance. Northstar was an excellent travel to use as my first time taking a trip to Scotland and England. Andrew was very friendly and professional throughout the experience. The trip had a very well thought out itinerary filled with excursions that spoke to my interest of history and culture. Andrew did very well listening to what I was looking for in this trip, and found accomodations that had the level of comfort and pricing I was looking for. We traveled to Waikiki beach in Hawaii, and Martha and I just want to give a huge shout out to HKtravel. Andrew was with us every step of the way planning, prepping and getting everything squared away. He made this the easiest vacation I personally have ever had to plan, and even better, cost effective. We also traveled with my service dog, and he was on the ball every step of the way with updating, and making sure we were good to go. If there was ever anything I could recommend more, please please please use Andrew as a travel agent for your next vacation, you will not regret it.

If I could give Andrew and Northstar travel a thousand star review I would. I recommend him to all of my friends and family to help plan any type of travel. He has helped me plan trips to Mexico, group travel, and a trip of a lifetime to Bora Bora (including inter island transfers, overwater bungalows, and every detail in between). I appreciate that I can give him a few details and he takes off running with details that I have never even thought of. Andrew is a true gem, he knows his stuff and can plan any type of travel or vacation you are looking for.
