Stacy came recommended to us from a long-time client of hers who happens to be my friend. From start to finish Stacy was a dream to work with. I have never worked with a travel agent before, so I was a little unsure of the process. We told her where we wanted to go and what cruise line we wanted to travel with. She responded with an itinerary of several options and prices for us to ponder. Once we made our decision for exact time and cruise, Stacy went to work and made all the arrangements. She was a wealth of information and was accessible via telephone and E-mail. Stacy gave us options for excursions through her agency as well as the cruise line. We never felt any pressure to go with her agency excursions over the cruise lines. Stacy sent reminders for us to get all our paperwork and documentation in order prior to the cruise and we were grateful that she reminded us to get our check-in time early, so we could board early. She made this trip a breeze!

From the beginning, Stacy was very responsive to the barrage of questions I had for her as I've never planned a trip so far from home. The trip was seamless, from airports, transfers, cruise ship, back to another hotel (which was booked from 1-9), and back home. She took care of everything including comps on the boat. I'm using her again for another cruise in February, and have recommended her to all of my friends and family.

Stacy was very helpful with making sure we had all the information needed before arriving to Disney World such as how to best utilize our magic bands, booking the hotel and park passes, help with using the Disney apps, information regarding Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, and new attractions to check out while visiting Epcot & Animal Kingdom . The hotel she recommended (Coronado Springs) had everything we needed and was at a reasonable price for the three nights we stayed. She was also able to provide recommendations on various things we could do with our toddler while we cruised along on the Disney Wish. She was able to meet many of the characters and with Stacy's help, we were able to book The Royal Gathering where our daughter met a few of the princesses! The entire family had such a great time!!

Our honeymoon was absolutely perfect! Stacy handled all of our flights, stay, transportation, excursions, and all things! We stayed at Nayara Springs in the La Fortuna area for half our trip and El Mangroove in the Guanacaste area on the Pacific coast. She was available at all times for questions leading up to our trip and ensured we were satisfied and happy with the entire trip and plan. Everything was seamless and headache free.
